Wait, wait. My mind absolutely must be playing tricks on me here. What I just heard Mr. "G to the izzly" say is that thinking things over more he's decided it's a disrespect issue. So what he's saying is that he shot his associate before thinking through why he was shooting him, and then only afterwards when people raised an eyebrow about his first justification -- only then did he do some "research" and decide "oh, gee, he was disrespectful." Well, at least it looked like Sir G-rizzle was the one saying it. I thought I heard the crackling of radio static coming from his pocket while his lips were moving.

Now, normally at this point I would figure something like "ok, ok, so he shot on orders from his boss and didn't really question why he was doing it." But then why the need to come out here and take personal responsibility for it? "I deleted" he said. Then he offered a reason, too! Just "bad seed," so some preventative pruning. Why say it was preventative, if it was actually punishment? None of this makes sense.

I, for one, think the solution is obvious: radio-beamed mind control rays have taken over poor G-Rizzizzle's thoughts a few times today. It's OK though, pal, I've got some tinfoil here. We'll get you all sorted out with a new hat and there'll be nothing to worry about.

Sorry no i dont understand, how the hell can you teach someone who obviously was so wet behind the ears he dripped the basics of this thing of ours in what half an hour an hour?, i have been here for years and im still learning. My point and this is a very valid point at that, Why take on someone if you are not going to give them time and guidance? seeing how quickly this poor soul came into our world then left in a body bag TIME was something he wasn't given.

Disrespect he may have done im not privvy to all the goings on there but could you not have pulled him to oneside and spent however long it needed to explain some of the finer points of our world, yes an experienced player joining and showing disrespect would deserve a bullet as they should know better, this chap however was clearly a first time player and one who i might add seemed eager to learn hence his street posts.

Its a real shame that people seem to just want numbers in their crews with minimal effort, i couldn't give a monkey's if im running around with 5 members or 50 all of my members know if they have a problem or just need some friendly advice my door is always open i will help anyone, i've even had other crews members contact me for advice they are not my members, do i turn them away? No i try and help them. Many of you out there have ambitions whether it be to one day lead your own crew or hit the heights of Godfather, well let me tell you something now if you cannot give people time dont expect too much from our world you will be dissappointed.
