Mob News:

(April 20^th-April 27^th)

Introduction:

Well as once again! Mob News is back…maybe. I haven’t decided yet to bring it back to the streets permanently. It’s one of those either/or things. You know what I mean? Meh. Maybe you do or maybe you don’t. But, anyways welcome to the first establishment of Mob News in my lifetime. Shall we begin? Might as well.

Boxing Tournament:

On April 11^th. Ladyfighter came to the streets to return the great boxing championship. In her mothers’ last critically claimed 6^th round Boxing Area Championships; it was shortly done when a war broke out leaving LadyFighter dead and all but 3 fighters dead. But, her daughter came back! And, settle the arena once again. As a huge supporter of the sport of Boxing. I thought I bring in a review and in-depth perception of the Boxing Tournament. Firstly here’s the first round action to the Boxing Tournament

In all of the competitors—Only I was the only Detroit family member in the engagement. And, in the Windy City; only –BaseGod- was. And, as always or the majority of the time. New York led all cities with 12 members in the fight cards. We expect the fights to start out sometime. We’ll keep this updated…if there’s another Mob News or no wars break out anytime soon.

Philly’s Cheesesteak:

On April 22^nd. A simple man known as Phil_Steak was a member of the leader of Philly, DeadlySin. At the time of midnight I surely do believe. It was quite late; you see….why am I blabbering this. Deadly’s who I mind was having a few drinks at the time, came upon the crowd with a microphone and spoke upon the people of Philly. It’s sided that Deadly has not made his Captain of Philly yet and it was shown that no man was more deserving to make a captain then Phil_Steak. A great decision I have to say. For one that I had a chance to talk to him in the coffee shops. But, that doesn’t matter! Anyways! Congrats to the city of Philly and Phil_Steak. Truly a man who deserves this.

Interview Time!:

Geez, as I look back of the records of my ancestors and it shows hardly any or if any interviews in the past. Well, today I thought I give it a whirl and look for a fellow to interview. I may as now warn you. I’m not a very good interviewer at all. That’s why I want to hire a man to conduct interviews for me! Will it pay? Depends. That’s strictly business and we’ll talk about it. Come by my office for more information.

Actually….I was kidding. I can’t interview what so ever. Any one wants to work with the Mob News’ business and get their hands dirty with the cold hard facts? Please send me a mail or meet me in the office.

The Amazing Race Update:

The Amazing Race presented from New York! You all heard of it….or read….or whatever. You must of seen it or something! Well anyways, it started on April 14^th. Jared_Leno was looking for a listing of people from each city to represent itself for the chance to win the grand price of ten million dollars. Yes. 10,000,000. I even had to put it in number form to show you how much money it is. Three days passed and the 16 people—8 teams have made it in for the show.

Those are the competitors that were in the great race. As the race goes on, one team from each round will be eliminated. The first was Slash and PoisonousJelly. In the second race that began two days later it was Chicago Don, Cory_Chase and his partner PandaBear. In the third round the team of Detroit, Mccer- and Sweeney (That’s me!) were eliminated from the competition. And, finally in the third round, BobSaget and Buffy were also out of the race for 10,000,000 dollars. Now all there’s left is two teams from New York (LadyFighter/Aidan and Zikari_Rio/Endurance.) And, two from Los Angles (Jack Pepper/JewishJake and Adonna/Innocence.) Now after this leg of the race. It’ll finally be the last leg of the race for the ten million dollars.

I do love Money.

BaseGod then walks away and Leaves 5k on the table..

The_Crow puts the paper down, looks up and says,

"Whats this diet mountain dew you speak of?"

Making his way down the street Armageddon notices one of the newsies trying to sell the paper, Armageddon makes his way over to the boy and slaps a dollar bill in his hand. Grabbing the paper and opening it up he notices its a shorter issue than normal. Opening to the first page he notices information about the boxing competition he signed up for reading into it he can do nothing but scratch his head at something.

Why is it everyone thinks I am from Philidelphia? BaseGod you're not alone, we our going to represent our city Chicago in this boxing competition.

Thank god I thought i was the only one.... Let us rise and stand out for the City of Chicago...

An oldie, but a goodie. There where times in days gone by when this was the standard of all papers on these streets. I can only hope it returns to its former glory and becomes the standard bearer once again.

There was once a man whose bloodline cited papers such as The Barble and the Knuckle as the most financially successful newspapers on the streets but I never saw any proof of this and have financial records passed down from ancestors of mine that speak to the contrary. Mob (Mom) News is a staple of this community and I'm pleased to it resurfacing. Salut Sweeney and always remember that mobsters don't skip
