TM steps out into the streets right in front of his new Office on the Strip, as he walks up to the podium several of his men stand watch, TM stands in front of the crowd that has gathered under the beautiful lights of Vegas, he pauses for just a moment to take a look at the lights of the casinos around him Ladies and Gentlemen the city of Las Vegas will again be occupied again. I am honored today to have been given a great responsibility. One that I do not take lightly. I have received an opportunity to run the city of Las Vegas. First off my many thanks to the people that have gotten me here, Iris ,Alessia and the other other leaders, all of whom have helped me. I give my thanks and out most respect. As for Vegas, I see a future of prosperity that shall last for a long time to come. The city itself needs a new light shed upon it and I intend to make that happen with strong leadership and a Family that houses true men of honor. It is at this time I would like to introduce you to my family The Las Vegas Crime Syndicate Men Of Honor My vision for my Family and the community is one built upon good men. Men with respect. Men with a purpose. Men who walk these streets and hold themselves up to the community. I wish to have a Family filled with true Men of Honor. This building of a Family begins with the very Men we allow in. We will be looking for a certain caliber gentlemen. We will have high standards to enter the Family and we will expect that standard to be maintained while housed here. We will expect our members to act in a certain way when out on the streets, in the bars, at the cemeteries, and even in the coffee shops. We will not tolerate any disrespect to any higher ranks whether they are CLs or Made Men. This thing of ours was built on honor and loyalty and it will be demanded to be that way from our members. If not you can expect me to act quickly to teach my members how they are to behave or they will die trying. Ladies and Gentlemen thank you for taking the time to listen to me today but now I must get back to the penthouse and begin the work of building a Family you see TM take one last look around before he heads back into to his new HQ |

As a member of the Men of Honor i would like to say that TM-Scarface is a great leader and an amazing man. With his faithful family followers he will make Las Vegas a wonderful place. After a night that left me confused and homeless The Las Vegas Crime Syndicate welcomed me with open arms. After getting to know these men I can honestly say that they are men of honor. However, there are three other words that are examplified by these men. They are: Truth, integrity and strength. Truth and integrity seem to have slipped by the wayside in the world today. We will show that they, both, still hold value in society. As far as strength goes, it's really not how much you have. The key is how and when it is displayed. Strength should be shown with surgical precision and not flaunted about arrogantly, as it has been here of late. Thank you TM-SCARFACE for giving me a home. With you until the end. |

She stumbles in, her hair disheveled and clothes wrinkled. I'm so sorry for the lateness of my arrival. First they lost my luggage, they gave my seat away... Damn these airlines. With all the work on the new HQ I apologize for not finding the time sooner to come out and show my appreciation. You have worked hard for this honor and I know by the amount of groundwork already laid you have put many hours of thought into what your Family should look like. An entire Family of Men with Honor would be quite an accomplishment in todays world but I know you will settle for no less. I would wish you luck but I know you don't need any as Las Vegas for you is a sure bet. |

Vader walks over to the crowd growing on the streets and sees a old friend of his fathers, TM-Scarface, making a speech. He decides to walk over and listen to this man and when he hears what is going on he decides to show his support Congratulations to you sir, my father was a good friend of yours and he told me of the great things you have done. He told me that when i came over to this land that i should look you up as you are a true Man of Honor. You Sir truly deserve this recognition and I for one know that you will do the city of Las Vegas proud. May the Force be with you. |

I have heard good things about you, sir. Many whom I respect have spoken highly of you. The problem with this, is that it creates high expectations. As I have said to many other Bosses when they took the reins of their own city, don't let this opportunity go to waste. Run your family with respect, integrity, and originality, and you will be remembered at least for a little while. Too many Bosses are forgotten within weeks after their demise. Columbo stands amongst the crowd of many brought together by the words of TM. He waits until the hype has died down and approaches his old friend and speaks... I like to see what your doing, you show great promise and hope for this city of such energy to regain power and reputation. Many year ago Sam Rothstein and Nicky Santoro were placed in your very position, they were the leaders of Las Vegas and fucked it all up, I'm sure you won't and come to you today to offer my respects and best wishes in your running of this city.
