Valmont steps into the streets a bit disheveled and noticeably unshaven, but with a smile on his face. He strides up to his favorite street corner and hops on the back of the local fruit truck. Taking a moment to wait for some of the passersby to gather, he straightens his tie and runs his fingers briskly through his hair in an attempts to appear slightly more presentable for the speech he is about to deliver.

He clears his throat…

My Fellow Mafiosi, in the past 24 hours we have seen many fine mobsters pass away within our seven cities. One of these Mafiosi was my friend, confident, and coworker Max. Max had set up beside me in Detroit to carry on the family name of the Rodents after LargeHamster passed on. In the time I spent with Max in Detroit he proved to be a wise and loyal individual, his passing is a tragedy indeed.

This is not only a time for mourning, as with all clouds comes a silver lining! Though Max has passed on KisukeUrahara will be continuing on the Rodent family name in Detroit.

KisukeUrahara is the son of former Rodent leader LargeHamster, and has shown great promise for greatness in the city of Detroit. He is smart and strong, just as his father before him, two traits that make him more than capable of running a prosperous family. I give him my full blessing to set up and run a crime family along side me in the streets of Detroit.

With every challenge and hardship comes the chance for growth. Though we mourn our fallen in the city tonight, we look to the future with a smile and a nod knowing that prosperity and greatness is soon to come for all. This is the Motor City, and this is what we do!

Valmont smiles as he finishes his speech and hops down from the fruit truck. Straightening his tie again he waves down the street to a Rolls Royce, which promptly pulls over to him. He nods to the crowd one more time then hops in the back seat of the car, which motors away into the distance.

Congratulations, your father was great man in my books and my grandfather had a ton of respect for him, I remember stories of the over sized rodent. I wish you the best of luck on your new found journey and hope its everything you hope it will be.

Not always the best of circumstances but its weird how this thing of ours comes to work out sometimes, im sure if Max was still around he wouldn’t have anyone else move forward in his place.

Gives a nod and wanders back off into the crowd…

Kisuke stand in the crowd trying to blend in listening to what Valmont has to say about the recent events that took his great friend and boss. When He finished speaking Kisuke walked up to Valmont and shook his hand and bowed his head. He turned and cleared his throat

LAdies and Gentlemen, Today is most certainly a bad day. it saw the deaths of many mafiosa across the entire country. Although its part of the business we are in its part of life the cycle of rebirth. Max was a great friend of my bloodline and has been for many years our fathers pathes have always been intertwined and was a great honour when he took over my fathers work and when he passed there was only one path i saw before me and that was to carry on the family name and work alongside Valmont to make the city of detroit the strong city it has been for so long now.

Kisuke put his fan partly covering his face and carried on talking

I plan to make the rodents strong yet again and strive to carry on the goals of my father and Max may there souls be happy on the other side and may the rest of the countrys dead find peace and be able to pass on.

Kisuke bows his head to the crowd and shakes Valmonts hand again and walks into the crowd to get some work done at his newly purchased Headquaters

Poopsicle looks closer at the gentlemen near the corner of the street, recognizing his friend and his boss. He listens carefully to the announcement of the the boss. As he walks closer to them, he shakes his head and fixes himself.

It happened so fast. Just a blink of an eye. Nevertheless, you deserve this man.

Head bowed as to mourn the cities loss, he looks on.  Knowing KisukeUrahara bloodline he knew his hard work, loyalty and dedication would propel him to great things.

Congrats old friend, i know you will make great use of this opportunity however unfortunate the path of how it arose and to Detroit we mourn your loss.

Congratulations old friend. I am sure you didnt want to get oppurtunity with such a tragic event but also i am sure you will do great for Detroit.

KisukeUrahara having worked with your bloodline plenty of times throughout my history, I know you are perfectly capable of leading a fine outfit, and I look forward to see what you bring to the Detroit table... I am however gutted at how the circumstances of this new role came about.
