Emerging from his Headquarters with Armageddon by his side and their army of bodyguards, Skorpeon grabs a cuban cigar from his jacket pocket and lights up. As he blows the smoke into the air in circles, he steps up to his soapbox and clears his throat

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I come here to you today to announce that my Right Hand Man will be setting up shop in the fine city of Chicago. He had been with me with just a letter of recommendation from his father, worked his ass off to become a trusted member of Chicago . Armageddon with his talented skills on leadership has the oppurtunity to help Cory and Myself build Chicago better and make it flourish! Now without further ado, I would like to introduce, Armageddon!"

Skorpeon steps back and takes a puff of his cigar. Armageddon takes the stand and introduces his family and himself to everyone. Skorpeon then walks back to his Headquarter and continues playing his poker game

Listens intently to his Boss speaking and nods approvingly at his fine choice to expand the city and it's success further

Congratulations Armageddon, you've worked hard for your chance and clearly earned this opportunity for yourself and I hope you go on to even greater things as Chicago starts to achieve it's full potential.

Feeling the occasion deserves it Slavador reaches inside his jacket pocket and pulls out a fine Cuban cigar that he had saved for these rare moments.
