The attendance by leadership at the Great Job Fair was abysmal. However, it seems that a lot of them are eating cake.

I question leadership and its failures on jobs. I question leadership and its failures on drugs being unavailable for sale to those in crews due to inactive uppers. There are a lot of questions. Do they want to run things? What are their ambitions? Or is it solely self-serving, eating cake, and sitting in a chair. They have a chair. But where is the motivation? Where is the Structure? Are they even engaging the members they did hire? Can they not do it? It doesn’t require much strategy. Do they even care? Remember, rust never sleeps.

So, in plain English, what is leadership doing? It’s not hard to attend to jobs. Yet, still, practically every other day, they fail at their job, especially Kristoff and Aizen. Things start triggering into rebuild, and they get shot at by a few people. But what kind of life is that for the average folk? The members in coffee shops looking for social engagement. The members looking to learn. The members to be encouraged to be creative. The members looking to have fun. I don't think they're thought much about. 

In the past, there would be little blips of inactivity in uppers and sponsors, but nothing EVER like this, especially outside of a wartime period. It’s pitiful, frankly. Several of those in power were the same lines that whined about things falling into disrepair, even for a second. Yet these same people can’t go 72-hours without leaving the stove on and burning the instant chocolate pudding.

These leaders need to do something different or they’ll be remembered as lame statues. Stone, voiceless, and in the end, a punchline, especially KristoffLigambi.

As Enricho finds himself empty of thought after a weekend celebrating Christ rising from the dead, he's found annoyingly close to the bables of yet another mad Spike... While I admire the persistence and conviction. I have to wonder if this discussion is being done in good faith or merely another attempt to make your line feel good about the issues they caused upon these shores when they were in power. 

I mean I understand having issues with crew leaders. They are not all the same and none is perfect, but I find you lack the ability to give any a fair try and then claim they do not attend the jobs enough when they are aware that your attempts at doing the jobs is not to actually locate a crew to join. 

SweetieSpikey You speak at length about failure, about absence, about the supposed decay of structure and purpose. Yet, from where most of us stand, your line has produced little more than a string of names on a family tree, one after another stepping into the light, only to drift straight back into obscurity without so much as leaving a mark on the pavement.

Just the occasional remark tossed like a stone from the sidelines and nothing much else. And much like those stones, there’ve been plenty thrown but not a single one has struck true.

You ask what leadership is doing. A fair question, in the right mouth. But it rings hollow when it comes from someone who has yet to shoulder even the smallest weight of the world they so eagerly critique. It’s easy to stand in the crowd and call the builders incompetent when you're own contribution is sweet fuck all.

If you’re truly concerned with the state of things, then step forward and be counted among those who shape it.

Nivora, thank you for complimenting my persistence and dedication. However, you are missing the point. They are not covering their jobs to provide jobs, and the community suffers for it. Activities get shut down when we get put into rebuild. That is their failure. They are supposed to participate and collaborate with each other to cover this. But you now have given me the opportunity to propose you to take auth, and help them. It is time for you to take a crew, with a fountain of cola.

Minaxi, that old regime murdered within reason. We were effective. You bring up Kristoff’s ancestor, Leidenfrost. He died with his crewleader in a takedown done by Chicago at the time, which was not my city. He wasn’t a singular execution. That said, my notes on Leidenfrost and other communications he had with others reveal that he was claiming to be a new bloodline. Samuel did the same subsequently. Obviously, this was false and we were able to see that in several ways. Leidyweedy was not acting in good faith. A lie will generally get you killed. Pinocchio. But as stated, he was killed with his crewleader. It wasn’t a purge or anything. It was a cleanup of a crew that failed. It was tied up into a neat package of meat. Maybe a foot or toe sticking out, but still shippable with some more tape. Extra tape and twine can’t hurt. I can say, I am and was glad it was Bjorn who died on the toe tag, but that wasn’t the reason. It was a pleasant surprise. It’s okay. We know Kristoff’s still angry, and not much of a leader.

Are Kristoff and Buu going to go off together? How long are you going to try to hold that back until you have to apologize for his actions later? 

Matt, I am attempting to motivate you. I am stepping forward. If you’d like me to hold your hand and do the work for you, that’s something else, but we both know you wouldn’t do that in good faith.

I find your memory of events rather amusing. Almost interesting since there were plenty or evidence flying around that I personally witnessed of your ancestor and Ketamine having a conversation on the removal of a certain leader because he refused to murder (purge) leidenfrost after the supposed learning of his bloodline.  Then said leader deemed untrustworthy so the entirety removed. Moving on to some time later.... there were the removal of I think five or six people from various crews who were by you deemed untrustworthy, which I found extremely interesting when Spacepole slips my grandmother a note stating "Unlucky Bjorn just died" to which I, looking puzzled wondered why "Bjorn" is actually still alive and thriving. After a further conversation between Spacepole and my grandmother, you thought "Bjorn" was some G named Johan. This time you were wrong. But the point I am making is that it is widely known you seek out and like to murder the Bjorn bloodline. You did so with leidenfrost and many others. I never usually speak out because it really is a waste of time. I always feel satisfied knowing what I know to be true. But on this occasion I felt the need to air the obsession you have with Kristoff and wonder if I am to be worried as in fact it's you and he sailing off into the sunset. Rather than him and I.

Yes, that crew died for being untrustworthy, and other reasons. The person who authed him realized he was unfit for the job. We did not know it was Bjorn though, but that whoever Lieden was, was a liar. Don't forget Mickey and Minnie started right after. We know how that went. Mouse trap. 

And Minaxi, you're saying that Bjorn's line doesn't like to kill me or what or my friends? Goes both ways deary, longer than you've been in his corner, more than a decade. Tells me either you don't know much in general or you're just pandering to him to make him feel better? Or someone else? Not going to be much of a pity party there. I really hope he wouldn't be wanting pity... as little respect as I have for him personally, that'd be a whole new low, and if you're trying to create that narrative, hush sweet child, for his sake. All that said, this speech is about leadership failing at coverage.

But for him as a leader, do you have any explanation for his short comings this run? He's been consistently inactive. He usually leaves his crew closed for jobs. He's mostly asleep, except to throw in a snarky obit post here and there. Is he tough to carry? 

"Sailing off into the sunset" (often "riding off into the sunset") is an idiom for a happy, peaceful, and definitive conclusion, often signifying retirement or a new beginning. Derived from classic Western films where heroes departed into the sunset, it represents a successful, graceful exit and a calm, positive future. 

I'm not too interested in sailing with him. We'd push each other off the boat. But you two are sailing off into the sunset? You mean going inactive or retiring? Awkward phrasing to use if not. Maybe he'll put off some fireworks first, like he did with Blur when he was supposed to retire with her. Real honorable gent, that one. 

Either way, if so, congratulations with all that. 

Is Buu going to rogue this weekend then? 

Sometimes Rebuild kicks on because there are periods where most of us sleep and there aren't many jobs listed on the board. It rarely lasts for long. Some people try to take advantage of that and utilise the opportunity to take potshots at people they otherwise couldn't. Aside from that, is there evidence to support that it is actually really much of an issue? Without a wave of would-be mobsters in tow unable to find sponsorship, it seems like you're blowing it out of proportion, honestly, as hard as that is to believe. 

You trying to “dumb it down” for me might be the funniest part of this entire speech.

All anyone needs to do is revisit our previous conversations to see that you ramble, twist things, and then pretend you’ve made some kind of argument. So the idea that I’m the one struggling to understand English is fucking moronic. You’re not simplifying anything, you’re just continuing to throw shit at the wall whilst hoping something sticks to convince everyone you’re smarter than you are.

As for your constant need to poke at Kristoff and drag Buu into it, it’s getting old. Kristoff has been right there with me as my underboss for a long time now and not once have I had an issue with him. Not once. We’re aligned, we communicate, and things run exactly as they should. The whole “obsession” angle people keep pointing out? They’re not wrong. It’s gone past banter and straight into you looking weirdly fixated.

And the leadership “failure” narrative you keep pushing is just more of the same cherry picked nonsense. You latch onto the one time things slip, maybe once a week on average and completely ignore the rest of the time where coverage is absolutely fine. That’s not analysis, that’s you deliberately talking shit.

If you actually cared about the state of things, you’d acknowledge the full picture. But you don’t because this isn’t about improvement, it’s about bullshit.

So keep going if you want, but at least be honest about what you’re doing.

Enricho passes by to notice that as Minaxi said their final rebuttal, or more over their refusal to listen to the spike lineage any longer out of having the truth already known to then, he hears a loud bang and the newest line of spikes falling to the ground dead. He believes he may even have seen Matt's disgusted face as some brain matter splatted on his collar.

Enricho ponders to himself if carrying on like a sorry sap is even worth it. He believes that after your fifth generation has died in the same manner, you'd give it a rest and seek forgiveness in the community his family is festering, very well dead, in.

As he lights himself a smoke, Enricho let's out a chuckle:

"Still going well I see," he says to Matt, offering up his pocket handkerchief to wipe the brain off his fine suit. "Gahh! You might need a new shirt, glorious GodFather!" Enricho offers to head off to the tailor to grab him a new one and sets off without an answer.
