The Streets of Delaware Started by: Phil_Steak on May 02, '12 06:57

Hello friends, I bring to you today the tale of the Streets of Delware. The city which holds our rival Durdens, have their streets just like ours here.
They are called, The Sesame Streets.

The Durdens have their own rivals, down in Delaware. A family runs the Sesame Streets, much similiar to the great way we run them down here.
Every so often, the Durdens start leaning heavy on our brothers there in Sesame Street, so we go in, bust some heads, and retain order.

Let us take the time to appreciate our brothers out there. The ones that keep the dreaded Durdens busy during the peace time that we are able to have inbetween our attacks on them.

The crew in Sesame Street consist of 7 top players who control The Sesame Street.

You have:

  1. The strong money making business in Delaware is a whore house. They call it the "BBB". Better Business Bureau you say? No, this is Big Birds Brothel. This classy establishment is owned and operated by Don Big Bird.
  2. Gambling pays. Out in Delaware, on those Sesame Streets, there is one guy everyone answers to which runs The Numbers there. The guy with the "ha-ha-ha" laugh that strikes fear into all. His amazing ability with numbers allows him to fix so that all bets weigh off for the maximum profit! The Calulated Earner! - The Count!
  3. The Sesame Street Don Big Bird had a man who helps him make only most calculated moves. This man knows the law by every bit, and thinks everything over 300 times. He worries, he thinks, and he tries to eliminate the risk. Don Big Bird was blessed to have Consigliere Telly.
  4. The trucking and construction were handled by two guys. These two guys did a wonderful job putting up a front for legal business that could be used for illegal purposes. However, there are rumors that these two guys like to sneak into cars at their contruction jobs and go down on each other. The Capos, Bert and Ernie!
  5. The family leaned strong on one man to get things done when dirty things needed to happen. This guy isn't the smartest of guys, but he had heart, he's loyal, and he's a beast! He is know as The Cookie Monster!
  6. This kid came out of nowhere, and quickly climbed up the ranks and overtook all of his ex bosses. This kid could possibly run this world one day. He is on top of the game, he works directly for Don Big Bird, but he is slowly developing a bad habit off of his own supply. He is known on the streets for the words he lives by. "You got to make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the powa. Then when you get the powa, then you get the woman! Thats why you got to make your own moves." Mr. Elmo.

These seven people; Don Big Bird, The Count, Consigliere Telly, Bert and Ernie, The Cookie Monster, and Mr. Elmo, are the ones in Delware. As the Durdens enemies, they are our friends. The Sesame Street.

WhereWasI finds himself wondering the streets again and overhears Phil's speech.

I feel like it's all starting to make sense now. All these years the Durdens had a strangle hold over the precious Delaware City. Now that they're being pushed out by a more efficient family and desparately looking to force their way into our cities to make up for their lost profits. You may call them our friends, kind sir, but I see them as the catalyst to our initial problems. I would like to see the day where I get to face the likes of these ferocious mobsters rather than the cowardly Durdens. That being said, I believe my idea is just a fool's dream and now that I have responsibilities I can't foolishly follow each of my passing whims.

WhereWasI turns and grabs -iocaste,

I don't have time for this myself, so I'm actually trusting you to do something other than surrender! Go find and study these evil bastards! I don't want them moving from Delaware to Las Vegas and forcing us out in a similar fashion to that of the Durdens. Now go!

WhereWasI turns to BleddynStark,

I need you to quickly booby trap his room while he's gone. I don't want any chance of that foolish Frenchman making it out alive. Quickly we have no time!

WhereWasI watches his hands go running off in the distance and approaches Phil_Steak,

I might not get into the same amount of trouble I used to, but it's fun watching these two run around. I await your response, Mr. Steak, even though I believe we both know you're wrong about them being allies and I'm right!!!

KissTheSky nods knowingly.

Sadly, we are not the only ones that those damn Durdens terrorize!! Thank you for bringing this to light Phil, I for one was curious as to why we had to deal with them so often, but it makes perfect sense that we would have to step in and deal with their greediness.

She then snickers softly.

Although, if it were me... I wouldn't want to mess with those Sesame Streeters! They seem like a ruthless bunch!! I mean, Mr. Elmo sounds like the cruelest of them all. I'm thankful they are on our side, as opposed to being like the Durdens. Plus, I heard that Cookie Monster will destroy anything in it's path, especially if it's round and delicious.

Amaterasu stops to listen to her boss and is surprised to hear the name of her childhood friend being brought up and decides to speak up on his behalf

She straightens up and clears her throat

When I was very young my mother was friends with a strange orange tinted lady who had a son name Ernie. I recall many fond memories playing with him in puddles and general running around as children do. Afterwards, our mothers would wrangle us and make us take baths. There we'd begin to play with our rubber duckies. Oh how we loved them. But I digress. As we grew older we stayed in touch. I'd like to vouch that Ernie and his partner Bert are honourable men, and I am proud to call them allies in this war against the Durdens that have seemingly been terrorizing our streets more and more. Thank you boss for bringing to light the achievements of our brothers in the Sesame Streets!

I remember when I was younger my friend Oscar had told me one day he would be coming to America. I didn't believe him until the day he left. I remember it as if it was yesterday. Over the years he sent me letters of how he joined a group of fine men and that they had been taking care of him. He was the green thumb of their operations, tasked with taking care of their lets just say their smelly flower operations.

When I came here I tried looking him up. But found him no where. Word has it he is in hiding, as he got into some trouble with a guy named Slimey.

It doesn't shock me though as Oscar had always been a grouch.

What a delightful take on the mean streets of Delaware. As I have personally never been there before I rely on hearsay and rumors. It is truly wonderful that such a high figure in this thing of ours is getting the word out on our generous allies, The Sesame Street.

I just want to say next time we have a run in with the durdens just remember this! They could have hundreds more if it wasn't for our guardian angels over in Delaware.

BigEasy tips his hat to Phil and gets back to work preparing for the next run in with the durden gang.
