Czar slowly walks out of his HQ in downtown Chicago and hands his coat to one of his bodyguards. He takes a sip from a flask as he steps up to the podium, pauses for a second to take in the moment. Feeling the wind on his face and taking a deep breath he proceeds to clears his throat and speak in his usual Russian accent. Some of you may know me, and some may not. I am Czar and I am a lion. He pauses for a second And you are lions! We are all here because we have a certain degree of power....an ability to make things work for us. In a word....strength. But what is strength without honor? What is strength without pride? looks around Is a donkey not a powerful animal? Of course we would all say yes. But the life of a donkey is not a proud one. Now the life of a lion!.....The life of a lion is proud! It takes strength and honor to have true power. A man will not trespass on a lion because a man respects the lion's power. I introduce to you my family.....The Red Guard, a lion amongst lions. We will uphold without exception respect, pride, and loyalty. For if a man or woman possesses these things, they can die knowing that they were truly deserving of life. The Red Guard pledges respect. We will not tolerate disrespect from any of our members to anyone who is Made. Nor will we tolerate disrespect in the streets, businesses, and especially at funerals. The Red Guard pledges pride. A proud man walks tall and holds himself in a manner that demands respect . The Red Guard pledges loyalty. Loyalty to La Famiglia Dei Guardiani, loyalty to Alessia without whom I wouldn't be here, and loyalty to this thing of ours. Finally, The Red Guard pledges strength. Strength to defend our family, strength to do what must be done, and strength to stand by those who will stand by us. Comrades, I thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to be here. I must get inside and take care of some pressing matters. Please accept a gift and a sign of my respect for you all. Czar's bodyguards hand him his coat and flask as he walks back into his HQ. While others bring a crate of fine bottles of vodka from Russia and pass them to all his guests |

Stands in the crowd and listens to the speach, excited when 1 of th BGs hands him a bottle and says to th BG Tell your Boss I said Congrats and I will be drinking to him tonight! Kisses the bottle and raises it in the air. |

From behind her desk in Philly she takes out a tin of her finest chocolate camels, courtesy of Vienna herself. She pens a note upon a piece of vibrant lilac coloured paper. Czar, Greetings from Philly. Please accept this gift as a symbol of our wishes for your success. We look forward to seeing you prosper and become a tight knit family. With Regards, Iris She seals the note inside an envelope of matching colour and attaches it to the tin. Please deliver this to Czar. She hands the tin to one of her most trusted and returns to her invoices. |

Noob joins the growing crowd gathering around Czar as he talks to the city. After listening to the speech He walks over to Czar BG's giving out the free vodka and puts several in his pockets. In return He pulls out a case of Cubans finest and gives the case to the BG: Make sure Czar gets them, let him know that I think he will be a fine leader of the community and that we all await to see what changes he will be making from his jungle. Noob walks off looking someone he can sell the vodka too |
