It had been a quiet few weeks in Vegas. Shaggs had been sold on the fact that Vegas was a hustling and bustling town and it was. However he had quickly learned that behind the bright lights, slot machines and pretty women there was a whole culture that most folks never got to see. It was there he had begun to work along such greats as Kiel, Gneiss and even the incomparable DetroitSimon.

He felt at home in Paradise, slightly away from the strip but close enough to build a life of his own. That was where he decided to open his own little Pawn Shop. People needed quick cash all the time out here and who was he to deny them that. If he happened to take a few possessions from some gambling addicts along the way so be it.

As he was on the phone explaining to an insurance salesman who had lost everything that no, he could not have his watch back, Godfather Kiel strolled into the store.

He explained to Shaggs that Tranquility had to take an unfortunate break and there was a need for someone to step up. He was honored that Kiel saw someone he could work with alongside his close friend Soseki. However long this setup was needed, Shaggs would be there to provide The Gold Standard as many shiny metals and gemstones as they would need.

Taking his flask that had been in his family for generations he offered Kiel a swig and then took one as well. "To The Gold Standard, Tranquility, Paradise and most importantly Vegas"

Enricho got word that the Honorable Soseki had lost the favor of those who would be. With no hesitation at all, the Masterful Kiel quickly got ahold of Enricho. In a letter, Kiel mentioned that Enricho will always have a place with him. Without further thought, he quickly ran to Kiel's headquarters to figure out what exactly happened. He wasn't sure if They had done the unspeakable to the Honorable Soseki for it wasn't mentioned. No news is good news? Maybe.

Enricho reached the headquarters holding his composure, but worry must've washed his face as one of the door guards feigned a word of relief.

"Enricho, Soseki is safe with GodFather Gneiss."

With a quick thank you, Enricho had a sigh of relief that Soseki would still be able to stand with him.

Kiel approached Enricho, "I'm sorry for this sudden situation. Sadly, Soseki won't have the favor to rebrand here in paradise, but I've already spoken to Shaggs, you know him, right?" Enricho nodded in agreement and Kiel continued, "look, I wouldn't mind keeping you, but Soseki gave word about how you've thrived under his guidance. Not only are we rewarding you for your efforts, but I am personally giving you the option to follow Soseki once again under Shaggs." Without a second to think, Enricho enthusiastically agreed.

"To Los Vegas, To Shaggs and to the Honorable Soseki!" Enricho exclaimed holding his fist to the air. The only thought he had left: Shaggs the Incredible.
