So sick of hearing about NoCap getting killed by "someone" in LV being the reason this went further than it needed.  That is complete BS.  They know exactly who killed him.  How do I know this?  Because I have a letter where they explicitly told Kiel they knew it wasn't him, and he did nothing wrong.  They just decided to start shooting anyone.  Well if you KNOW it wasn't Kiel then that means you KNOW who it was. All a bunch BS because a few little bitches want to cry about things that happened to them 2 or 3 generations ago.  They took out people that had absolutely nothing to do with their little coffee shop love affairs.  People who contributed to the community and played it the right way.  You start a new life, leave the old one behind, enemies, loyalties, all of it.
