Norella was asked several times about buying a headquarters. It never quite felt right leaving Yankee and going her own way, even if it was in a building nearby. When there was an absolute need for someone to step up and help in the rebuilding of things, Norella had been reassured by Minaxi and Yankee that she would be fine, do great and succeed.

Nervously, she accepted the position as Captain in Queens and began to put feelers out to the unemployed and hopefully get these street thugs into her own organization to help build Queens and New York as a whole. She did feel good about herself knowing that she was actually helping in a time of need when the country at large needed people to step up and take it by the reins.

Norella had picked Klein to help her with her endeavors  and Aizen was sent over as well to help rebuild Queens. After a few days had gone by, the time for Aizen was up. He was going to be sent back but luckily, Don Atropos, a strong knight captain under the service of Yankee, had agreed to step up and help Norella.
