Deadly had arrived back from the Godfather's mansion to his old headquarters. He had decided that he was going to move into the old Godfather's mansion, but definitely invest in updating the place - it looked like it hadn't seen a lick of paint in decades.

It would be a shame to leave this place empty, when it had been so full of life before. He called a quick meeting with Coco, Phil Steak and KissTheSky - they made a decision very quickly. Deadly picked up the phone and asked Lights to attend the Headquarters as soon as he could, and to come straight to his office.

Once Lights had arrived Deadly sat him down, eager to get underway. He passed Lights a cigar and lit it for him, then got one for himself.

"It will no doubt surprise you that with the recent move I made to the Godfather's mansion, that I have had to downsize my family somewhat. I have passed on as many as I could to Phil Steak, but he too is now bursting at the seams. I loved this headquarters, and have many memories here - some good, some bad. I want somebody that I can trust to take over the running of this building, someone to head up their own family with my blessing."

Lights nods, not quite fully realising what was about to be offered to him. Deadly takes out a bottle of whiskey and pours himself and Lights a glass before continuing.

"I must admit, it did not take me long to decide on who I wanted for this position. From the first day I laid eyes on you, I knew you'd grow to outshine your father. You've served this city well, and I know you will shine ever brighter in the role of Crewleader."

Lights was in the middle of a sip of whiskey when he heard the last words of the sentence, and almost choked.

"I know it must be a shock, as I hadn't discussed it with you beforehand - but I am confident that you have the ability to grab the bull by the horns and get the job done... so to speak. Congratulations Lights, you're the newest addition to the Philadelphia ranks."

Deadly raises his glass to Lights in a toast before drinking it down.

Congrats good sir. Seeing so many good things occur in Philly today is fantastic.

Although we have only worked together for a fairly short time, I could see you were quickly going to move up the ranks with your professionalism, idealogy, and intelligence. I call it a pleasure to be able to work side by side with you under Godfather DeadlySin.

Lalaith, wondering just how much excitement she could take in one night, glances around at the devastation caused by the Godfather party and feels a tad of sympathy for Lights. This was gonna take a bit of cleaning...

Walking up to Lights with a couple of large brandy's in hand, she thrusts a glass into the new CL's hands, before raising a toast and giving her congratulations.

I don't care what anyone says about you, I think you're sound!

After clinking glasses and taking a hefty swig, Lalaith wandered off in the direction of a tray of pigs in blankets.

KissTheSky held up her flask that hadn't been emptied since the celebration of the day had began. Smiling she began to speak.

Lights, what a great day for the city of Philly! Not only have we gained a new Godfather, but we are growing so quickly in the city that we are expanding once again! I am very much looking forward to working alongside of you as the city continues to grow. Congratulation my friend!

She took a swig from the flask and then with laughter in her voice she said as she winked,

By the way, looks like you won't be needing that slanty suit of mine anymore... I hope to be seeing it on my desk in the morning! The heels included!

Congratulations Lights! I had the pleasure of working for your father in new york and was sadly ended to soon. I had a lot of respect for him, I have without a doubt you will do great.  Goodluck bud!

Raises a bottle of scotch and gets one of Light's BG's attention to deliver him the gift.

After hearing out the Godfather of Philadelphia, and letting a grin run from ear to ear Sephiroth decides to make his way to the front of the growing crowd to congratulate the newest edition of the growing city…

Lights, it seems like only yesterday our fathers were working hard together in NY, does time ever fly. This brings me an immense amount of joy to see you have the opportunity to run your own family, you are more then deserving of this opportunity and it’s a blessing that ill be able to ride this crazy ride out with an old friend.

Well done sir, looking forward to a long and prosperous life here.

Sephiroth gives Lights a pat on the shoulder and a nod, still with the grin running across his face he steps off to the side and learns up against a light post where he sparks a cigarette…
