This is one of those things where it is "Risk Versus Reward".

You will succeed if you get the maximum number of high ranked people with the highest amount of work put into their account. However - you will walk away with very little money.

The more money you try to save by inviting lesser ranked people, and doing too big of a crime, and not inviting the max amount - results in a higher risk of failing.

I think putting the success % will take away from the experience of *actually* planning the OC properly.
