A very groovy, sexy duck waddles up to the soap box on the corner of State and Erie Street. He snaps his fingers and his pretty Swedish assistant hoists him up and puts him onto the soap box. She hands him a bullhorn, which he speaks through at an obnoxiously loud volume. I'm sure many are wondering why former allies have turned their guns on each other this evening. It wasn't an easy decision to make, but it was necessary. The future of La Cosa Nostra is in the hands of the mafiosi in bold, and the actions of the Manovanni family were keeping us in a stalemate of sorts. Their family heads were strategically allowing their inner circle to live and rank, while secretly killing off any potential competition. In at least one case, the leaders killed off one of their most loyal members in order to get a preferred mobster in bold ahead of him. If you died in your sleep for no apparent reason, it was probably due to the Manovanni practice of training their guns on innocents. I knew about this, and could not in good conscious allow it to continue. I was prepared to risk my own life to stop it. I feel guilty that such despicable practices were allowed in the first place. Random murders have no place in organized crime. That is the territory of common street thugs with no morals. For my part in taking no action against it earlier, I apologize to the children of those who died mysterious deaths in the night. From this point forward, all hard working mafiosi will get a fair chance of success. Of course, their offspring will do their best to attack the credibility of these facts. That's what they always do--insert lies and mistrust into other peoples' families. It's part of their plan to bring down other leaders. It is the responsibility of every leader to make certain that our future is bright, and the best possible leadership candidates are chosen and allowed to remain in place. In order for better leaders to rise, inferior leaders must fall. My sympathies to the casualties of the war, but with these trigger happy leaders out of our way, your children will have a much better world in which to grow. You may feel free to talk amongst yourselves, but as before, disrespecting me, my families, or my allies in the street is highly discouraged and the punishment for doing so will be extremely severe. grrrQUACK!!!! I'm not going to argue out in the streets, but anyone who knew me will already know whether this is true or not. And those people who know me personally and can see whether this is true or not, are the ones that i really care what think of me. |

| Not true Tank? You might want to do some talking about whether this is true or not as I've been told by someone who was involved with it that the BrunoD hqing was true, although your name was not mentioned. My only problem with Rhett and DiscoDuck is that the killing of all continued after the leaders were gone. As Gero's LH i had recruited many of his crew and a good majority of them were brand new to our shores which poses the question of will they bother returning? I also strongly disbelieve in the practice of killing low ranked crew members who were offline and not involved in a war. It is true up to a point that you go down with your family and I did despite the fact I had no part in the war, I refused an invitation as being part of the family hierarchy I felt i should be one of those to go down with the ship so to speak. For, unlike those who's actions brought this down upon us and despite the claims by the gentleman in the pig suit, I do have some honor. | |

If the other leaders don't like your leadership style, then I guess not. We are not bound by normative rules, but by free will. I don't think you will get much support in your argument that leaders should stand back and watch other leaders murder their own loyal, faultless members, without taking action against them. When you are given a position of power, it isn't permanent. You only keep it as long as you continue to do the right thing and not step on the toes of others. Tank-Mage apparently stepped on the wrong toes. As an inexperienced leader, maybe he had a false sense of security that he was immune to karma. Let it be a lesson learned. |

'As an inexperienced leader' I do wonder where Duck gets these people. Maybe your another one of his members who just recived an invite without even requesting. Either way you twist and pull this story, I couldnt care, I have worked and completed part of my goal, And that is make the community a better place with more speakers and make it a better place. Not quite sure what this Duck fella has done to the community apart from assist the ghost town. |

I was a member of Tank-Mages crew. I was not in the inner circle. Hell I wasn't even assigned to a subcrew after I approached the RHM and Capo about getting into one. I spent my time in the bar drinking away and chatting to whoever was around. You'd think then that I would be a prime target to be used to train another persons gun. However I was not, I survived long enough to reach the rank of goomba and I joined the family as a thug. I have no knowledge of these actions however my anonimity in the crew and not being amongst the inner council would show that I was a prime target for training. That never happened so in my experience I can only say that until I'm shown proof I do not believe this rumour to be true. |

I've been hearing the moans of dead ghosts on these streets lately, and I was in a bit of a giddy mood, so I thought I'd just come out here and say a few friendly words to clear some loose ends up. Okay, let's just get one thing straight: If I cared one iota about what my dead critics think, they'd still be alive. But I don't, and they aren't. And it's very normal for people who have been killed to come back and write lies about who killed them. I expect nothing else from a group of people who's proven time and time again, to do despicable underhanded actions, lie about it, and then try and blame those actions on other people. You HQd my friend Bruno and tried to blame my trusted RHM. That's all the justification I need to go to war. What did you expect would happen when I found out? I'd send you a box of chocolates and beg you to be nice at his funeral? If someone would do something like that to his own loyal follower, someone who behaved respectfully at all times, I certainly knew they would do worse to me and my allies. And I was getting a bit tired of waking up and finding dead ducklings in the obits. I knew for a fact that my ally Rhett wasn't doing this--he's always behaved honorably, just like a good leader should. As for those who want to speak badly about me in the street: I've received a lot of threats on my life recently, but that's nothing new. And I've been insulted and had my credibility attacked by the offspring of people I killed. Well, like parent like child, I say. A bad apple never falls too far from a bad tree. Words from dogs are worthless. You can be a sore loser, and spread all the slander and lies you want about me and my ally Rhett, or you can criticize our motives and methodologies, but one thing remains: We are stronger than ever, and You Got PWNED!!!! God, this AGF council. The minute one of you has the gun to shoot the others, you will. It is just an utter waste of time. You'll play happy families in the streets whilst scheming with your closest in your private coffeeshops. Why even bother with the illusion? Each leader is doing this, the others all know they are and every person on our streets that has more than one generation knows this is going to occur. Do us all a favour, bin this false council, call a spade a spade and stop pretending that we're all at a lasting peace. We aren't. We're enduring a temporary lull, whilst you all train your guns for the bigger shots. Quite frankly if you aren't doing that, you'll be the first to die before the gun of one of the others. Slaps Riley I did not give you permission to speak, but since you did, I will educate you. Freedom of speech is a constitutional guarantee that the government will not infringe on your ability to express yourself on political matters, mostly. It does not guarantee that private individuals or private parties will not infringe on your ability to express yourself. In particular, if you work for the mafia, it does not guarantee that mafia Bosses will not shut you up. |
