Harrow had been invited to a private meeting within Norella’s club in the city. He had made sure to keep himself straightened out. He had a pretty good idea of what was to come, since about a dozen others had declined such a generous offer from Norella on claims of “I’m lazy, sorry. “Please don’t make me do that, please, I’ll do anything, but not that”. “No, I hope the next rogue shoots me first”.

Those were quotes from some of New York's finest when they were reached out regarding setting up as Captain to Norella. Harrow however would always do what was required.  He had heard that Don Atropos, former #2 of Norella, had some thoughts of wanting to be a crew leader, but then as time went on, realized his heart wouldn’t truly be in it, and wanted to remain as a strong right hand man to the third strongest crew leader in New York.

Upon hearing the news, he had quickly alerted some of his associates and let them know they would be retaking territory once owned by some clown who thought he was the heir to some throne.
