TheTripleDeuce watches the mayor and his cronies walk away after recently raiding the headquarters of Fratellanza di Sangue. He catches wind of why they were there and overhears that they are looking to disrupt any businesses that arent legitimate.

TheTripleDeuce walks back to the headquarters of Fratelli In Armi to speak with Bruiser

"Hey Boss your gonna wanna hear this, with the raid that just took place I see a loophole we can utilize"

Bruiser nods and motions for TheTripleDeuce to sit down and explain himself

"the mayor was saying to his posse that they are looking to raid any non-legitimate businesses, so what if we setup some "Legitimate Businessmen". they wont think twice!"

TheTripleDeuce notices Bruiser smirks and says

"set it in motion"

TheTripleDeuce stops by a local print shop with an idea and after some hemming and hawing comes up with a poster and an announcement
