Outside the Cogburn Crew of Three headquarters there’s a small gathering of people. Behind a double pane of what looks to be bulletproof glass Soseki is about to give some remarks. You can’t imagine why.

The Cogburn Crew of Three has arrived in the wonderful, and only allegedly cursed, district of Bricktown, Detroit. I would like to thank DetroitSimon for this opportunity, Shaggs for putting up with us in Paradise for as long as he could, and Reggie for beginning to put up with us now. And while Bricktown hasn’t been the luckiest district lately, we have come fully prepared to face the challenges of the area.

Firstly, in this building behind me are some of the finest proers in the world. They have all been strictly vetted for any ties to upkeeping, managing, or maintaining property in any way. Their family trees have been traced back seven generations for even a hint of Scottish ancestry. And they simply will not take “Nah, I'm good” for an answer.

Secondly, please note my assistant here staring at a stopwatch. Ember, g0d and I all have one. That cylindrical item in his hand? An electric cattle prod. To be used should any of us even consider not working a full 60 hours a week. In this way we should be able to commit enough crime to appease the mayor.

Finally, we have engaged with the locals to discover the cause of this supposed curse. Legend has it that the problems began when a shadowy figure, muttering something about knotweed, stole an original 12th Street toilet. Who this villain is, and where he's taken this piece of Detroit heritage, we are actively investigating. Every effort will be made to return it and by extension to lift any curses that may be affecting the city.

Hopefully, through this three point plan, the Cogburn Crew of Three will be able to survive and thrive in the mean streets of Bricktown.
 

Detroit in general has been cursed for some time. I believe at some point, some kind of witch put an extremely strong spell or something on the city. No one knows why, how or even how, but Detroit has always been unlucky..

BUT, I have seen some very successful mobsters from Michigan in the past few years and there is little doubt in my mind about the strength, knowledge and uhhh.. Encouragement, you possess.

I fully believe in you to restore Detroit to its best era. Perhaps if things go bad, we can sacrifice PropertyManager to the shrine in the 12th Street Toilet?

Richard-Harrow and Lonelywolf I can't thank you both enough for your words of advice and support. We will do our best to live up to these high expectations.

And while I appreciate the sentiment I will say that all this talk of witches and human sacrifices leaves me feeling a little concerned, please give me a second to consult our spiritual advisor.

g0d what is our crew stance on human sacrifice these days?

We are nourished by the deaths of the great people from Delaware.  For they were placed here specifically to feed our bloodlust.

I am fully behind LonelyWolf he deserves to have his own city and be the g0d of that city. He could then become a propertymanager and make a lot of money for himself for the wolf is the greatest wolf I have ever known

Detroit has always been a bit.. special to be in.

Seems to catch the wrong sort of attention. I hope for the best this time around.

Soseki and crew, I could not be more excited or happier for you. You, Ember and g0d have continuously proven your worth and deserve this opportunity. Seeing friends like you in a city like Detroit that will always need a stead hand is something that gives me a lot of reassurance.

I am incredibly proud of what we've been able to accomplish together and excited for all that is to come next with our friends in Detroit. Congrats Godfather Soseki and the Cogburn crew of whatever you're up to now.
