The name of the title pretty much says it all. Could we possibly add a PP proficiency perk?
I would assume this wouldn't be hard to put in place, as it follows the same principal of the other perks.
I think that pretty much sums ut up. |

With pp being fully independent from the attack timer, this should be possible to implement. |
