And it truly is. Daera holds up a check in his hand and pauses a few moments. Upon closer inspection, its made out to no one, for an amount of one hundred thousand dollars. I'm feeling generous. Downright generous. And it would be very easy for me to fill in your name on this check. I'm looking for a bit of a makeover. Not for me. Not for Vienna, though God knows she needs it. I'm wanting to spruce up New York City. We have some pretty fantastic places here, if you haven't strolled through our Business District lately, I invite you to after this. Due to the unstable economy and plummeting employment rates, I'll be giving the sum of one hundred thousand dollars to each and every business owner in New York each week for their fine work in running great establishments in my great city. I'll even kick in a bonus to the business I deem extraordinary. I'm inviting every New Scum, and everyone from any family to bring your business to New York and finally get compensated for all your hard work. As always, rules and restrictions apply. |

She makes note to bomb Daera's headquarters next time she is New York. Fantastic idea and very well thought you... Even though I had something similar planned for Philly... Jerkface. Now I'll have to think of something else. Way to make more work for me. Much appreciated. I just hope that this works and you'll let me use it as a model for my beloved Philly. |

A great initiative, SirMiss. Hopefully many will open businesses within your city limits and run them dutifully. Here's hoping they will take that money you pay them and expand their businesses into other cities as well! Congratulations and good luck to all those who are making plans to set up shop in New York. |

It seems some people keep asking why I send them money every Sunday. Hopefully seeing this poster again will enlighten them. And no, this is no trick, this is no scam. If you run a bar in NY that meets the qualifications, you get $100,000. Simple as. |
