The Snitch runs trivia right in #TheSnitch. When a question drops, you just
TYPE YOUR ANSWER in the channel -- no command, no waiting your turn. First
one right takes the points.

PLAYING IN 30 SECONDS
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Join #TheSnitch. Trivia runs on its own -- or type !start to kick off a round.
2. Each round opens with a quick VOTE. Type a number or a name to pick the category. Option 1 is ALWAYS "Mixed" -- random questions from everything.
3. A question appears. Just type your guess in the channel. First correct answer scores.
4. Stuck? Ask for a !hint . Hints cost you points, so take a swing first.

HOW A ROUND WORKS
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* A round is 20 questions from the category the room voted for (or Mixed).
* Right before each question there's a blank line and a 2-second beat, then the question lands.
* You've got about a minute. If nobody answers, The Snitch drips out hints -- letter counts, then letters revealed behind asterisks -- and finally reveals the answer with a one-line explanation.
>> Most categories are FORGIVING ON TYPOS -- a small misspelling still scores. But PUZZLE & SPELLING categories want it EXACT: a cipher that decodes to COMPUTER will not accept "commuter," and numbers must be spot-on. (Those categories are marked [EXACT] below.)

VOTING FOR THE NEXT CATEGORY

The menu lists ~10 numbered options. Vote by typing the NUMBER or the NAME (e.g. 3 or disney ). Most votes wins; a tie is drawn at random; no votes and The Snitch picks one.
1 -> MIXED Always first. Random questions from every category. Type 1 or mixed .
2-19 -> Random Categories
11 -> 5-MIN PAUSE The between-rounds menu ends with a break option. If it wins, type !unpause to bring it back early.

FINGER IT OUT -- A keyboard puzzle: start on a key and follow the up/down/left/right moves across a QWERTY keyboard to spell the hidden word. Spelling counts.
