Sundays should be your reset day.  It's the day before Monday, when you go back to work, where your busy day starts all over.   Sunday is when you wash all your clothes for the next week and change your bed sheets for a great week of sleep. House-clean from top to bottom to start your week off fresh.   Set back after completing all that by 2 pm and just reset your body and mine for all the chaos the week has to give,

just NO, im the most asinine fucker and will forever clean my house on any other day than sunday now, thanks, my sundays are now going to be for fucking off, about 4 more days till i get to piss off again :) see ya then

My Sunday reset is on a thursday evening - every two weeks. I work abroad and my wife comes to visit; so the flat needs to be tidy to prove to her that I am capable of looking after myself, like a grown up .....

My Sunday reset is so cathartic - it allows me to review the previous week, catch up on anything that I have missed and prep for the week ahead. Laundry, calendar update and relaxation. 

Yea, our "reset day" is Saturday for us, We usually have plans either hosting and going somewhere. We use that day to interact and chill with people that is what we call reset. Cleaning is normally done through out the week. we try to avoid the broken window theory.
