I have modified the lounge code for the following as a test run:

When an established upper*  is active on lounge, it triggers a buff which increases the frequency of rewards for anything they themselves are not in the pool for.  (This does not stack if you have more than 1 upper active, it's a single buff.)

This works for Main, City, District, Crew, Trivia, and Dice channels.

TLDR; A family with active uppers gets more.

Right now it is active for just hustle points, tomorrow there will be more data then I can turn on Loaded BGs, then Credits, then Rogues/Roguettes/Rats.

*who has been an upper for more than 48 hours consecutive upper, OR since the purchase of the HQ in the event its less than 48 hours old (Basically, not someone who was just switched in for that moment)

On a side note, we are shortly switching over lounge to be integrated into the game itself, Replacing Global Chat, in the form of multi-user/family/city/district/PMs and so on, all from the actual game itself.  You will no longer have to choose between one or the other fighting for your attention.
