I enjoy A Bronx Tale, and Scarface. Good movies. |

I got into mob movies late with A Bronx Tale being the first one I saw. That's an an unusual twist on mob movies, with it being told from the point of view of a non-mafia affiliate. Right around that time, The Sopranos came out, which is probably the best show ever on television. Those two got me into the genre, so eventually I saw The Godfather and The Godfather II, both absolutely amazing. Probably the best mob movies ever. |

Honestly it would have to be The Sopranos if that counts. I was a later bloomer to the show but loved every bit of it. |

The ones that I’ve seen the most I’ll list from my favorite to last. Scarface has been a favorite movie since I was a young buck. I’d say a close tie for second would be between Donnie Brasco and Goodfellas. Then we have Casino and The Departed. Nicholson nailed that role. Some other classics to name that I really enjoy but these are the ones I’ve watched on repeat. Casino and the Irishman were very good. |

I absolutely loved Scarface but I'm reluctant to call it a mob movie, so I would have to go with The Godfather. I, however, feel like there are so many mob films that I haven't seen so this rating could change in the future. |

As a bit of a left field response, there are alot of Korean films about gangsters albeit not mafia, in the US sense. They are not exactly in the same vein as Scarface, but they very engaging. Obviously a disadvantage is that they are in Korean. |

You are simply wrong Geneva. They don’t count. Has to be one of the Godfathers, Goodfellas, Scarface or at a push a Tarantino. Second tier Donnie Brasco, Carlito’s Way maybe |

For some reason not so well-known but Miller's Crossing is probably my favourite. Rather than wackings left, right and centre, it focusses more on intrigue and double-crossing. It's a Coen Bros film so, as always with their work, the dialogue is excellent. |

First two Godfather's and Casino, Scarface right up there as well. American Gangster is also very good, and Goodfellas can be watched at any time. I also liked The Irishman though it may be stale to others. |
