Having re-established The Ministry of Magic in the golden city of Las Vegas following the demise of Godfather-Chairman Keypunch (GRHS), Kingsley did not have much time to get his affairs in order, grease the right palms (Georgie Mitchel can be a real dick) and take on the mantle of Godfather. However, now that the dust has settled, and the operations in the city are settled, he has time to think about the journey that got him here before addressing the masses gathered in the lobby of The Flamingo.

As you all gather here, mafioso, members of the wizarding world and the odd trusted Muggles, I want to take this time to pat myself on the back. I, Kingsley Shacklebolt, the first in the line of Shacklebolts, have ascended to the lofty heights of FoxFather Minister for Magic.

When I came to these shores, it was expected to be a short visit, to assess the lay of the land and report back to my counterparts at the UK’s Ministry about the viability of an outpost across the pond. However, as things happen, one thing leads to the next, Buddy (self-proclaimed) Big Paw finally meeting his match, Monarch getting gaced after spending a gazillion days gearing up to take Hollywood’s Godfather seat, I was thrust into this position of responsibility.

Now as we usher in this new era of this new Las Vegas project, with @Rouge and me at the helm, we’re probably going to do more of the same… who are we kidding? That includes - while hoping I do not end up in the dirt next to the litany of dead Simons - continuing to welcome people from all walks of life into our city.

We’ve all heard of past times where our world was buzzing with activity, loyalty was paramount and everyone had a chance to make their bones. Here’s to the possibilities of returning to that.

With all that said, my first official act is to give @LonelyWolf my blessing to set up his own operation here in The Strip.

After some discussion with Rouge and LonelyWolf, Kingsley returned to the gathered mobsters, to inform them that LonelyWolf will instead be setting up in Paradise. He will be returning to where he made his bones under the late Godfather Shaggs.
