The celebration had been delayed for long enough. The running of his day-to-day operations had put Octavius behind in his anticipated schedule for the new casino. He had his staffers put the fliers together and leave them on his desk for final approval.

"Ehh, good enough." he mumbled to himself as he rubbed his temples between his thumb and index finger.

Gambling was still illegal, but Octavius and BabyG had greased enough palms that they were hopeful some slack would be given if anyone came snooping around the joint.

Octavius called BabyG into his office.

"It's time, my friend." he said as BabyG responded simply with a nod.

Before they knew it, the fliers had circulated the underbelly of the organized crime world...
 

Dynamite walks into the Manus Aurata Casino, dazzled with glitz and glamour. He could hear the a symphony of slots locking into place, dice drumming down to reveal their numbers and patrons partying at the bar. A high-stakes roulette table catches his eye. He reaches into his wallet and grabs a few million out in all hundred dollar bills.

After a few unsuccessful bets, Dynamite places his last $500k chip on the green 0. The dealer spins, every rotation under watch by Dynamite's transfixed eyes, locked in on the ball. Then, the ball strikes a ball deflector and settles into place.

"Single zero!" the dealer exclaims, "Congratulations sir." The dealer calls for the pit boss, who pulls out the equivalent of nearly $18m in chips. The pit boss looks at Dynamite.

"Think of this as a loan," the pit boss says, "I know we will get this money back soon enough."
