ORGANIZED CRIME: WHO YOU CAN BRING IN HAS CHANGED

Putting a crew together for an Organized Crime used to come with rules to promote family over strangers, but we have loosened it up a bit depending on where you are standing at the moment.

IN YOUR HOME DISTRICT
Invite anyone currently in your city, no matter what city they call home. Work your own corner and the whole street is open to you.

IN YOUR HOME CITY, BUT A DIFFERENT DISTRICT
Invite anyone currently in your city whose home is your city or one of its sister cities.

ANYWHERE ELSE
Unchanged. Anyone in the city with you who either shares your home city or is a local of the city you are visiting.

SISTER CITIES are the ones a short flight apart:
   New York and Philadelphia
   Chicago and Detroit
   Las Vegas and Los Angeles

WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED
Everyone you invite still has to be in the city with you. Your pick still has to be online, ranked, clear of their last felony, not already tied to another crime, and still has to have "Allow OC Invites" switched on.
