Bruiser steps out of his Caddy looking very dapper as usual.  It had been some time since he last spoke to the inhabitants of this thing of ours.  Straightening his coat and lighting a cigar, Bruiser took a deep drag before addressing the people who had stopped to take notice of the larger than life Don from Old City District. 

Friends, foes and those I have yet made acquaintance, I have an important announcement.   Due to some very unfortunate events, Fratelli In Armi headquarters was raided a while back and I was forced to lay low until the heat was gone.  Well today, I am proud to announce a new day in Old City District Philadelphia.  I am happy to say, The Andolini Crime Family has found a beautiful new building on the corner of Venango and 66th st.  There we will start something new!  There, ACF will thrive.  There we will make our mark.
