In order for me to balance that, there has to be a trade off.

As of now, when a gangster does a petty, they get substantially more XP than a don doing the same petty, so we have to account for that by:

 - We will have to greatly reduce what you get if you open it up later to use it in order to mimic how it works currently, we can't give you extra xp/skill gain on top compared to actually doing the crimes.

As of now, we calculate the effort to get your gun back and pick the number of petties required to get it back - if you could get it back with a few clicks, then we have to account for that by:

 - We will have to greatly increase the number of petties required to earn a gun, or, make it so that they do not count towards your obtaining your gun.

So the above is just to bring it back so that its apples to apples with doing the crime at a later time.

I am not a fan of someone being able to just hit a button and POOF they are beefy, it means they are not on anyone's radar and it sorta goes against people being able to keep their finger on the pulse of what a threat and whats not, so we would have to put the count in your profile for people to see.

If everyone is OK with this, we can look into putting it in.
