Regardless of what era or which leader, NY has always been my fave MR city.

Philly, Philly, Philly, then Philly. I quite like Philly, y'know?

It's the only city I've ever ran a crew in that wasn't an open city, it's where I had my greatest run as leader(as Creamcheese), it's where I had my oldest character (Countdown under DeadlySin) and I'm an Eagles fan! =P

I miss St. Louis and New Orleans. They had great RP opportunities and were unique. 

LA has my heart as that is where I had most of my time, then Philly next :)

I miss NO too, was my first run in Dante_Balboni’s devil advocates (I think). I was still a newb at this time but I loved that city much.
