| Working Smoke Dectectors | Started by: Unhinged on Oct 17, '26 00:33 |

Five days ago I awoke to the tragic news of a house fire that took the life of a three year old girl. Three days later her twenty two year old mother with critical injuries passed away. There was also a five year old boy and his twenty four year old mother who managed to escape from the 2nd floor with injuries with the help of neighbors. Fire investigators determined the fire started from a lithium-ion battery from a E-scooter. This was at 3:30 AM. THERE WERE NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTORS! Check your smoke detectors. If you do not have any get with your local fire department. Check with your fire department what the guidelines are for these lithium batteries. Pass this alert on. Save lives! |
