The Blackscale Syndicate

Paarthurnax had known Odin for many years, before he retired to High Hrothgar for many years. Odin had recently needed help in a war and Paarthurnax heard of this so he sought him out after many years to see what could be done. He helped Odin and his allies for many days during the war.

Afterwards Odin expected Paarthurnax to return to the mountains, but New York city was quite a nice city especially for a dragon who didn't have to worry about traffic. Paarthurnax decided he would stick around, then efforts to rebuild the city began. Paarthurnax helped out where he could in the early days, but could quickly tell the city would need some fresh blood so he returned to Tamriel to gather his dragon friends.

After returning with more dragons than he cared to name, Odin called Paarthurnax into his office and told him that the dragons needed to find somewhere they could live specially built to their own needs.

As the city had never had to deal with a dragon population of this size before, Paarthurnax, TulipOHare, and Odin found a nice location near the city in the Hudson Highlands where the dragons could build their own HQ and continue to contribute to the great city of New York
