The Crew's Job Bank that holds the money that is set aside to fund the job board is being removed and it will instead pull straight from the Crewleader's federal bank, removing the extra steps of keeping the job bank funded.

If the federal bank is tapped, it then moves on to city banks, if they are tapped, then onto savings.  If that is tapped, then the job board is toggled off.
