Cas takes a few drags of his cigar before throwing a stolen hubcap to the drop off beside PJ's office. Quietly Cas knocks on PJ's door. 

 Come in! Doors open.

 Cas walks in and sits down. Then diping his cigar on the ash tray. 

 PJ, I came here today to ask your approval if I could go to Chicago and set up. I understand the rules, and will abide by them as always.

 PJ sits back in his chair and looks at Castiel. He scratches his chin, then proceeds to talk.

Castiel, I knew your father. He was a great man... A brief pause So I'll grant you this request.

 I hope you know, you can only bring a Right Hand with you. Who would that be?

 Cas nods and smiles.

 His name is Don_Omar, a good friend of mine. And, I was thinking of calling us, Second City Outfit?

 PJ begins to say.

 Well, looks like you got things figured out. I wish you and your friend the best of luck in Chicago.

Castiel, i have know you and your chosen rhm for a very long time now, we have worked together previously and it will be a pleasure to continue in this format. Chicago welcomes its second Crew Leader to step up and make the most of the city and build it bottom up. Lets raise a glass to a fruitful and long term relationship. Good luck old pal.

Hound walking down an old street wearing an old tatterd suit his father passed down to him before his demise looks down at his watch attached to a tarnished chain. He hears a groupd of people gathering just up the way and is intrigued. He begins to walk towards the crowd to see in the distance on a stand his old old family friend rising to the top. He approaches the crowd and begins to weave his way through forcing his way to the front...... He finally gets to Castiel and Don_Omar.....

Hound turns and notices his tattered suit had a few dangling threads, he reaches for his matches to burn them away before going any further in his speach to the two gentlemen. He takes care of the "issues" with his suit and approaches Don_Omar

Hound shakes the two Boss' hands and begins on his way........
