Anthony kicks the soap box out and steps up on it. 

So you guessed what I wanted to discuss today. Except it shouldn't be much of one since it has been beat a thousand times over I bet you dollars to donuts. I'm not going to research what some dead guy had to say about it though. What the hell is going on in tough guy mobster land people? Did we change outfits and become Samurai? I thought once you were in the only way out was a box? So what is point of taking out yourself? Man up, hell Woman up! Look your boss in the eye and tell him you need to die. Boom its over and guys like me don't secretly let our dogs use yer headstone as a toilet.

Anthony steps down.

TheBaron claps his hands I can't agree with you more my friend, it pains me seeing thugs pledge allegiance to a family one hour and then in the next leave it. In my eyes they are traitors and any kin of them should be treated as one.

Johnny listen's to Anthony's speech and nods. Then he gets up and looks around.

"I agree with the alligence part. Once your in a family you should not be able to have  the option to leave it without giving a reason to your boss and sponsor. Also suicide discuss me. The only times suicide is okay is when you commit a crime against the Organazation itself."

"As for treating their kin how their father/mother acted is unrightful. The kin already has trouble with their father/mother's reputation with them. But it would be even harder if we treat their kin by their father/mother's past action. The Mafia lives in the future not the past. Whatever happens then isnt now. So it would be unfair for their kin to be treated this way."

"But i agree with everything Anthony has said today and i mean no harm to TheBaron i was just makeing my opinion. Thank you for your time."

Johnny nods and smiles to the crowd as he makes his way to his 1935 Cadillac V8.

While Suicide is a sad thing, there may be reasons you and I are not privy to as to why they are taking this route. When they suicide, they ARE in a box. As for blood-lining kin, tsk tsk. When they die they have a fresh start and can do as they wish. The blood-lining around here is ridiculous.

Most people suicide over petty issues. Dont like their crew, havent recieved their promotion, wishes to start a new life. None of these are honorable exits, but they occur every day. No matter how much you preach to someone about the proper way to go about things, the person is always gonna do what works best for them.

Suicides in this thing of ours are always frowned upon, always have and mostly always will, yes it's a cowardly action but as warped said you can not always be aware of a persons position and state of mind. Its easy from a sane mind to say it's a selfish and less honourable way to go, I would utterly agree, but until your in the mind-set of feeling that low that you have to take your own life, it would be unjust to point fingers.

In saying all this, it would also be safe to assume that these people who take their own life's are not cut out for our world, and as a knee-jerk reaction they resort to the most effective and quickest action that will end it all and again for most parts these are people who's bloodline could be relatively new to this life, they wouldn't know how else to end it, other than pulling the trigger themselves.

You make a good point Orion. They pull the trigger themselves. I often wonder at their abiliity to off their self when a lot of these folks couldnt use a gun without a malfunction or hit the broadside of a barn in practical terms. Its amazing they manage it at all, with a gun that is. Maybe we should just give them swords so they can complete the Samurai fantasy.
