Soviet Union Started by: Russian on Jun 11, '12 00:10

Russian steps up and you can tell he has something on his mind that is very troubling. It seems to be restricting some of his composure. Regardless the man pulls it together enough to begin talking.

Scott-Weiland was one of my favorite people to just talk about anything to. Countless nights where we would stay up late at the bar paying for each other's drinks and having a good old time. We could understand each other regardless of how slurred our speech got. I even turned the man to the wonderful joy of Vodka.

Russian pulls out some Vodka. Taking the cap off the bottle. He holds the bottle to his lips for about three seconds drinking all the liquid that reached his mouth.

I'm here to tell you even after the death of one of Detroit's finest leaders we are still forced to keep moving forward. I have just recently got a quote on a headquarters and I was told to purchase it. I will be going to take my first steps into building shortly.

Russian looks out to Valmont. He focuses his speech more directly towards him now.

Valmont you are doing an incredible job at running this town. I will see what I can do as far as ideas, financial purchases, and protection to even further improve this city. Don't let this one death cloud any judgement. Together we can pull this thing together and work even harder to make it a masterpiece.

Russian looks back at his audience and then quickly back up to the sky raising his bottle of vodka.

Soviet Union! For Detroit!

The speaker takes his leave.

Odysseus listens while Russian gets his new HQ together.

This is a great oppurunity for you Russian, It sucks how you came upon this oppurtunity but I know you will be a great leader! You and Scottie's son will make Detroit very proud.

It will be a pleasure working with you and the rest of the Soviet Union!

King-Weiland drives up to the new headquarters and parks behind Russian. Getting out of his inherited Lincoln-K, he straightens his oversized tie and pulls out a cigarette, lighting it and taking a few puffs before walking up to Russian, reaching out to shake his hand.

Russian, I have heard many tales of both you and your father, the many accomplishments, the talent, and most importantly, the will and determination to succeed. My father had a great relationship with both you, and your father. And although this opportunity has been granted to us through tragedy, this only serves to give us even more determination than before. Detroit does not mourn for the fallen. We motor on.

King-Weiland reaches in his breast pocket and pulls out a flask, toasting Russian, he takes a swig of vodka.

Russian, here is to Soviet Union! Here is to many more long nights at the bar exchanging stories of old. And here is to new beginnings. I would like to thank Don Valmont for granting me this opportunity to serve alongside a man that was respected so highly by my father. Russian, Valmont, This is Detroit, and This Is What We Do.

King-Weiland takes a final swig of vodka and walks into the new headquarters.

Mikey takes a swig from his flask before stepping forward to speak.

My sincere condolences to you Russian and King-Weiland. I didn't know Scot-Weiland on a personal basis, but from what I had heard he was good for Detroit. I am supportive of anything that is good for Detroit. Therefore, feel free to contact me anytime to help you do what is best for our great city. Here's to your leadership position. Mikey again lifts his flask in the air. And also to Scott-Weiland. He takes another swig and then steps back into the crowd.

Gregor_McLoco stands among the crowd and looks at each of the speakers, he then lowers his head slightly and nods slowly. He then looks at his neighbor and shakes his head slightly.

It is a shame with Scott isn't it? Lets hope Russian's reign lasts longer.

He proceeds to slide his hand into the right pocket of his jacket and fishes out a flask. He brings a little glass out from his inner pocket and fills it.

?? ????????. Ey?

He empties the glass in one brief sip.

Congratulations Russian. I am sure you will bring only good to Detroit.

Valmont pulss up in his Royce, just in time to hear the end of Russians speach.

Russian, I know you and I have been though a lot in the past few days with the Death of Scott but I know that you are the best man for the job to pick up where he left off. It seams that crewleading is in your family, your father ran a tight operation and so will you.

Though this is a sad time, congradulations on your new venture.

Dropkick walks the streets with a cigarette hanging from his lip, he notices a large crowd and decides to check it out. He then noticed it was Russian, his boss. He stood puffing away at his cigarette well Russian spoke.

"It's an honor to be part of the Soviet Union, I'm loyal until I'm wrapped in a wooden jacket and put in the ground!"

Dropkick looks around the crowd seeing a few familiar faces then decides to enter the HQ, tossing his cigarette onto the sidewalk.
