Its possible to downgrade an OC, so why cant we have the possibility to upgrade it if there is more peoples in a city when you have already invited somebody to a OC
I cant see that its have a negative side only a positive side
Lets hear what you peoples think about it |

Thats something thats always confused me. Often I end up cancelling an OC because of this. |

I can't anything wrong with including OC upgrades. There are plenty of times I had to redo my OC because more people show up during the process. No negatives, indeed.
