Bogart stands on the familiar soapbox in front of the New York Main Street Hotel and speaks out to the bystanders and the passers by, and quite frankly to anyone who will listen. We are burning daylight here people. We have seven cities. Seven. Not just four. How much money are we losing? Millions and millions! Everyday has lost opportunities. There are drugs to run. Banks to rob. Whiskey to bootleg. Pockets to pick. We need to see life thriving and growing and prospering in all seven cities! Implore the Gods...beseech the powers! Why is there no one in sunny LA? No speakeasies in the Big Easy? Nobody moving in on the motor industries in Detroit? Think of the money! The passers by keep passing by. The bystanders keep standing by. Nobody makes a response. Nobody appears to even hear him. Hello? Helloooo! No response. He gets down from the soap box and walks away muttering... Damnit...gonna bring my megaphone next time. |

She steps out of her warehouse in Philly for a quick moment. Oh trust me, they are not forgotten, we will fill them when we find the perfect people for those cities. They need personalities that suit them. These are decisions we as crewleaders and family leaders do not take lightly. She smiles a little, her exhaustion showing. We do not want to make the same mistakes as our predecessors and make rush decisions ending up in bad choices. The staff of City Hall (Or Gods as you call them) have no influence in our decisions so imploring them rather than speaking to your own family head is pointless. If you are so desperate for these cities to be filled then why not discuss it with Daera? |

| Actually, and respectfully, I am not desperate for them to be filled. I was just thinking how much better things are today than they have been and how much better they will be when all our cities are booming and bustling. I am eager, not desperate. I am excited and hopeful of the future, not whining or criticizing. | |

Also, if I may Don Iris, I am not one who causes trouble, complains or acts rashly. I am levelheaded and future oriented. On a daily basis I encourage my peers to get involved, work hard, go for the gold. I am not criticizing them or accusing them of not doing enough... I am simply encouraging them to do their best and then a little more. And when I speak to the family leaders to help us fill our cities, I am not criticizing them for the cities being void; I am encouraging them to continue to use their leadership skills to develop the resources they already have. In all honesty, no one in any city has done everything they can to promote growth...there's always something more that each one of us can do. Your tone, "with your exhaustion showing," implies that you have judged me to be like so many others who go to the streets and speak of that which they know nothing, and criticize those whose jobs they could not do themselves, and complain about things that they themselves have the power to resolve. I am not one of those Don Iris. My speech here today was spoken as encouragement. A one man pep rally for all of us. NOTHING I said was negative, nor was it meant to be critical for I am not a negative or critical person. If I preach to others to be positive and active and RP and try to set a good example, then I have to practice what I preach. And that is what I was doing out here in the streets today. |

| I agree with you Bogart, we currently have a couple of cities open and only 6 CL's. There are many candidates out there that could possibly get auth and setup. Don Iris, you say ''Bogart why dont you speak to Daera?'' Well, we and you in particular know better than that. Going straight to your CL and asking for auth is not the way to go about such things, one should keep his/her head down and prove they are worthy, not expect to go to your respective CL and say ''oh can i setup in detroit''...............it is disrespectful and wrong. Expressing an interest for future reference is fine but i believe that when your CL sees you as being ready to run your own family, then that is when it happens. | |

Who are you to tell us who deserves a chance? We watch, we talk, and we communicate as leaders. You are a member of MY family. Not Alessia's. Regardless of the relationship between families you do NOT run around tooting the horn of another member of another family. You do not go around spewing who you think should have auth. She shakes her head. I was going to say this in private to avoid your embarrassment but you just embarrassed ME in public so I figured I'd return the favour. She lets go of his ear and glares before storming back into her warehouse. |

| You know AA, there are several high rankers who are almost Bold suit ready...almost. And when I made this speech, I was talking to them primarily, and then to everybody else who someday hopes for the bold. We all need to give 110%, not just 100%. That's the only way to close the gap between "almost" and "ready." When that starts happening, hopefully we will see the other cities fill up. | |

It's great that you want to stick up for a friend. But the fact is, if your friend is ready to be discussed for auth, he's already being discussed for auth. It's that simple. We're not a group of ignorant bumpkins who have no fucking clue what's going on around us. We know who's coming up, who's close to being ready, and who we're thinking about giving chances to. You running out to the streets to throw his name into the mix does him a disservice, frankly. |

I assure all of you, none of this was intentional. Never did i intend on getting back on Iris's shitlist. Never did i mean to look bad, how was i to know that this was not an open discussion on who everyone (not just CL's) thought was ready. When i heard this speech, i assumed it was an open discussion, i do give my apologies to johndillanger for 'doing him a disservice' |

| I started out in Detriot, life was thriving and everything was "nice N peachy" then I moved to LA because I heard prices were good..Unfortunately not so much. Then I made my way to the City of Brotherly Love and will stay here...Philly all the way! | |
