I was walking down the streets of New Orleans and saw only 3 or 4 others on my journey and the business district of the city hasn't seen anyone for 5 days.

I am sure there are plans for New Orleans, it's a piece of our history and holds a special place in many hearts. Patience is a virtue, the Chicago Experiment has basically just got under way. It'd be nice to see how that pans out before we rush to populate another city with crews and families that our current population cannot support.

Perhaps if you bothered learning how to spell properly, and put more effort into your street speeches than a paltry two sentences, you could help prevent these streets from being "abondened".

Unfortunately, with such lackadaisical effort being put forth, I can't help but understand precisely why we have all "abondened" the streets. If my choices are this kind of effort, or nothing at all... I would gladly choose nothing at all.

I saw this flyer nailed to a light pole just recently. It was from a speech given by the acting Godfather of Las Vegas. While it provides no details, it does inform us that there is a plan in place. Now we the masses must wait until they're ready to unveil this plan. Sadly, we dont have many hardworking gangsters on these shores anymore, so expansion of our crime capitals isnt the easiest thing.

Perhaps if you bothered learning how to read properly you'd see that Mr Hearon was in fact asking about an unpopulated city, not the state of our streets.

Perhaps if individuals stop worrying about how someone delivers a speech or complaining about their grammar or accent, and focus more on content, we could have a more productive conversation than bitching about simple errors.

Anyway, Don Marston and the other Leaders have a plan set in mind. When they decide to tell us is when we will know, and no sooner. If you rush a powerful mafioso the only thing they will hurry is your visit to a grave. I'm sure in time there will be a hustling metropolis in New Orleans once again, but these kinds of world altering decisions cannot be rushed. Who or what will leader New Orleans in the future? Only a few know, and they are patient.

Nicholas dear, did you not listen to what was said? If you keep pestering the big wigs about the plans they may have in place for New Orleans it may not lead to good things. This thing of ours is based on respect and if you plan to ignore the advice of an elder and pester the bosses about plans I have a feeling you may be told off more than once by people here. The public will be informed when the time is right. No amount of "questioning" by you is going to make that time come faster.

N.O. will rise once more and take the claim it once had as the greatest city known to the world of mafia life....the city is held together with a glue called love,moral statutes, and charity...so whom ever is the dictator of such a city in the future...will truly be a erogant person..because  they will know the treasures in which they have been bestowed

If anything, this is the chance to take this young mafiaso and educate him. His heart is in the right place, he just needs some guidence. In days gone by, there where teachers who would help young people find their voice. Maybe we have lost sight of the fact that a solid steady voice is needed to speak in the streets. I respect the kid for trying, just hope to see someone guide him in the proper direction.

I remember when I was curious about all sorts of things. Wondering what would happen next. I respect you Nicholas_Hearon_JR you have the right mindset. The leaders of this world watch the streets closely gathering information on the public. To see what they want next. By showing interest you are by no means rushing them. You are sending a message you are excited deeply about the subject. In fact most of the time then pleases leaders. Because all the hard work they are doing to make it possible is not for nothing. They may even put more effort to getting the operation up in running because making the public happy is what we do. We love an audience that loves them back.

I believe some people keep their words short because we have warned them about the horrors that can occur if you attack an individual in the streets. Keep it respectful is really the best tactic. Usually, the reason not to populate a city is not to spread ourselves thin. It's been a long while since we saw a whole lot of crews in the same city.

Nicholas Hearon JR, as you may have noticed, rank or even the suit you wear is hardly an indication of a persons street prowess. The ability to catch innuendo and the facts as they really are is a learned process. My father chose to name me based on this fact alone. I believe it has had the effect he was looking for. I want you to feel free to call me Anthony, or even my given name, AnthonyReturns. This way you can avoid future "corrections", and still be acceptably respectful to me in my eyes.

Anthony laughs some more and considers trying one of his own lollipops, except it appears as though most of them have been disappeared, he has a good idea who's been sucking on them lately.
