Congratulations, Godfather Valmont.

Congratulations Godfather of Detroit. may your reign out last Marietta's. While none of my puny ancestors ever acheived such heights, and it is unlikely I will ever have the fotitude myself, I have utmost respect for anyone who acheives what you have. I look forward to seeing what you can do in the future.

It's great to see the Motor city with a godfather again!! 

Congratulations Valmont!  I look forward to seeing Detroit flourish under your supervision!

Congratulations my dear Godfather, may I buona salute and omaggio to you, your family and the city of Detroit.

Apples checks the address she was given one last time before approaching Valmont's new HQ.  She was not as familliar with Detroit's layout as she might have hoped before making this trip.  Truth be told, she was actually a little pleased with herself that she had only managed to get lost twice once she entered the city proper.  Hopefully, the new Godfather wouldn't take her tardiness for lack of respect.  She had actually been looking forward to the moment when she could offer her congratulations to this man for his accomplishment.

Knocking lightly on the door, she waited to be invited into her friend's spacious new digs, and within moments, Apples stood face to face with Valmont's Right Hand Odysseus.  She wrapped he arms around him in a tight hug. 

"Congratulations friend, you must be so proud" she murmured into his ear. 

Over his shoulder, she recognized Valmont, sitting in a chair near a large ornate window. She walked toward him, arms outstretched.  Valmont stood, and Apples rested her hands on each of his arms.  She kissed both of his cheeks and then beamed brightly at him. 

"Valmont, I am so pleased for you.  This is an amazing accomplishment.  I have enjoyed working along side you so many times in the past.  To think!  The scrawny boy I met while working in Los Angeles would become the strong man I am speaking to today.  You have come a long way my friend.  Excellent work, Godfather."

little_mikey sat outside of Valmont's office for what seemed like hours.  What did he expect.  He is relatively new to this life and is lucky to even get in the door to give his respect.  He figures that the visit might just be a courtesy and show of respect because his father had been senselessly killed earlier in the week.  The big doors are finally opened and mikey is led into Valmont's massive office.  He greets Valmont with a bow and kiss on his ring.

Congratulations to you Valmont.  We have never officially met but my father spoke very highly of you.  He always told me that you would be Godfather one day and that you would do great things for the city of Detroit.  I am proud to carry on what my father started and am willing to help build this city any way a I can.

With that mikeys time was up.  He was wisked out the door and told to hit the streets, there was money to be earned.

After he spots a mafioso leaving Adamine navigates the newly furnished mansion to Valmont's office. Lightly knocking on the door, Valmont shots to come in...

"Valmont, this new Mansion is incredible!! This place is beautiful. Thank you for allowing me to continue on with the Banditos. You have been an amazing leader and Detroit shows this. The people of Detroit are proud... I'm proud. "
