TM-Scarface steps out of his HQ in LV with a smile on his face and pulls out a cigar from his right hand pocket Well Ladies and gents, Las Vegas has been my home for a few weeks now and damn is it starting to take shape, I wake up every morning with the birds singing and the streets busy with life. Exactly how I imagined it in my dreams. Now since becoming the head of the Las Vegas Family the city has became strong and vibrant. So I hear you asking "What have you actually achieve during your time in LV?" Well it isn’t just what I have achieved but what my family has achieved. We’ve grown considerably since the day of the grand unveiling of The Las Vegas Crime Syndicate. The Tangiers hotel and casino has opened and many other great things and even more things will be happening in the next coming weeks. That being said I would like to announce a contest Ladies and Gentlemen and Gangsters of all ages, for along time now the Las Vegas Business District has been a little bare and empty. This is going to change with what I have in mind. So I hear what you’re saying, “What you going to do to make LV even better than it already is” Well were going to have a weekly competition, all you need to do to enter this competition is to have a Bar, Restaurant or any other business in our fair city. So now to the bit you’ve all been waiting for the prizes: 1st prize 500k cash 2nd prize 250k cash 3rd prize 100k cash Now also to enter you must message myself otherwise you business will not be entered, now lets see if we can make the Las Vegas business district take off once again. | Should the prizes not be for the most active business rather just making the business because in my mind a business with no customers is worse than no business at all. You will end up with too many people making them and not enough people posting in them. | |

As Frankiee walks through the streets she hears some yelling and slur of words. 'Must be Alessia with her afternoon delight' She thought to herself, but as she walked around the corner Frankiee was wildly surprised when she saw TM-Scarface talking. Prises? Activue? Frankiee twisted her mouth and brain while she tried to figure out what language TM was speaking. There was no way he could just be miss saying them, what with his comment about a personal note and a public speech are different matters and how public speeches are expected to be perfect. No, he'd never go back on those words, he's much to brilliant for that. She moves through the crowd to get a better view of TM. Maybe if Frankiee saw him she could see that he was drunk and these words were only slurred because of the amount of liquor he had drank already. It wasn't the case, TM looked as sober as a baby. Shock shuddered her whole body as the fact sunk in. TM really was a retard. What's new in Las Vegas? Well TM's brain is still the size of a grape. So about nothing is new in Vegas. Absolutely nothing. |

Frankiee sucked in a quick breath, looks like she hit a nerve. She watched Johnny pull out the books and everything, there was no stopping this man from defending the zoo animal. Picky Picky Johnny. Try not to be so high strung, you might get some more ladies...or maybe you are interested in what they have at Chicago's Meat Factory. Frankiee offers him a business card to the Meat Factory's finest men Now I wasn't directly quoting Mr. Scarface, I was just saying saying what I gathered from TM's comment. Frankiee notices Mr. Vader enter the crowd and all she can do is roll her eyes Well I don't wear this short of a skirt for nothing. She gave him a nice wink. Real reporters? I think they are extinct or at least an endangered species. Maybe you should make a donation and we can bring the breed back to life. Guess you're stuck with the gossip till some one steps up. Takes a moment between Frankiee acting like a child and calling the Las Vegas crewleader names to wish TM luck with his Business District initiative. Good luck with it TM, this is a tried and tested technique and I hope it motivates the business people to flood into Vegas to set up some fine establishments. Raises an eyebrow as Frankiee's words slowly begin to merge into one long "whining" sound. |

Frankiee smiles as she sees Scorch approach. She puts an arm around him and bumps her hip with his. I thought we were family. Where's the love? She picks a flower out of a garden near her feet and hands it to Scorch. |

| Las Vegas, the city of lights and Sin. It is nice to see a leader making progress in our world while also trying to bring business into his city. Good luck boss with this venture and I hope it brings flocks of criminals to Las Vegas | |

Frankiee, as much as I am an advocate of freedom of speech, there are certain limits between voicing an opinion and being blatantly offensive. At least where I grew up, publically offending a mob boss gets you just about as far as jumping into a sea with lead blocks tied to your ankles. I, for one, am glad to see initiative come out of Las Vegas and wish you all the luck with rejuvenating your business district. |
