It was a normal day for the mafia when Godfather John Stanfa of Philadelphia brought his top associates together they were Sam Dickens, Tim Rodgers, and Gary Davis. The meeting was about were to expnd into the finally agreed into taking over the empty city of Detroit. They  send alot of soliders there. This move upset the godfathers of new Orleans and Chicago they wanted that city! So the 3 godfather organized a meeting in the city of Chicago.

John Stanfa: Ok so the two of you have called me here over the matter of Detroit

Jim Levinstein: Yes we think that you should have called a meeting with the other godfathers who wanted that city instead of just takeing it!

John Stanfa: NOW SIR DON'T THINK YOU ARE GOING TO TALK TO ME LIKE THIS!

Tony Accardo: Now men I though we agreed over the phone we would handle this like gentlemen

John Stanfa: Your right Tony I apoligize

Tony Accardo: Now I think Chicago deserves the city because we the best hitters in the country and could protect it!

John Stanfa:  Ya well we have THE BEST HITTER

Jim Levinstein: We are the smartest and best at makeing money

John Stanfa: Jim shut up and let grown men talk!

 * Jim Levinstein goes outside and makes a call to Chris Sawyer(Wise Guy for NO) and said he wanted him to go kill a few punks from Philly.

*Jim re enters the room and sits down not saying a word

Tony Accardo: Ok so Jim do you have anything else to say about the matter?

Jim Levinstein: Yes John while I was out I put out a hit on a few of your soliders so give New Orleans the city and I will call them off!

John Stanfa: YOU BASTARD! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS DO YOU WANT WAR !

Tony Accardo: Now Jim come on we don't need this right now.

Jim Levinstein: Tony I'm not asking you to get involved we are fighting for Detroit and we will get it !

John Stanfa: Ok Jim you will regret this move when your city burns and we have it and Detroit don't wine to meet I'll just put a bullet in your face !

Tony Accard leaves the room to return home to prepare his men to guard his city if anyone comes to take his city

Then the other two godfathers leave the room and prepare for war over the only open city left.

Jim Levinstein is the first to act he sends Ronald Jay(Enforer of NO) to Philly to find and capture or kill Bill Powell(Made Man of Philly).

Ronald Jay gets on a airplane and flys to the hostile city he gets off the plane and drives around the city for a little while and then he sees Bill Powell and parks the car and heads for him!
