The time has now come for Coco to return as my Right Hand, as Neon steps up to take the mantle. Since the very first time I met her, I knew she would be an asset to any city she was in. Neon has been a big part of Philadelphia ever since the first day she came here to be Lights Right Hand, she has done nothing but impress me and show me exactly how deserving she is to be here.

She has proven her capability and loyalty time and time again, and it is my great honour to announce her as the newest addition to the Philadelphia ranks.
