TM steps out of the newly established casino, lighting a cigar he steps out onto the streets having his body guards watch the passers by, TM stands among the people and begins to speak Ladies and gentlemen, there is a new frontier on the rise; you may have noticed it already, small bookie joints on the street corners. There small and don’t bring in much but enough to earn a living, yes all these small revenues make a lot of money but if we were to unite all the small bookie operations into something big. These organized places can rake in a lot of money for your family, and are a great way of meeting new people. I see it as a united venture. Bookie joints require a lot of work especially teamwork amongst your members and it can be fun to run them. Now for those of you who do not know what bookie joint is its quite simple. A bookie watches races and calculated the odds for the bets on a particular team/horse/dog. Based on these odds the pay out amount is determined. Many bookie joints bet on different things such as racing from Belmont (horses) the dog track (greyhounds) and some even run bets on football, hockey and soccer. Each bet if you win can earn you a nice living. Bookies themselves are street people with the knowledge of actually running the whole operation; these veterans know how to calculate odds and are very persuasive. Bookies have to be sharp on any kind of scam that might come a cross and aren’t afraid of calling “The boys back home” to take care of some cheaters. Bookmaking is a talent, well illegal talent; many factors come in play if you chose to be one. I say the code of the bookie is fast cash, but if the player wins you must be prepared to pay out. This is what I know about bookmaking so far. It is very interesting the mechanics behind it all. I implore all of you whom know something about this to share your knowledge amongst the people. It's another TonyMontana-Scarface street speech day. Frankiee is up early and ready with a coffee in her hand and two open ears. She listens to the speech and really really holds her tongue back. The speech was a little better, maybe TM had taken some vitamins and his brain grew a little. Still she was lost in his words. His sentences seemed to run on and what was really the point of the whole speech? Okay, Las Vegas is opening bookies? She pondered back on TM's words and thought that was said for sure. Another point that he made that was a little blurry was that Bookies made no money, but they also make a lot of money. Why would she want to participate in that? As Frankiee let her mind wander over all the questions she had she became annoyed and she didn't want her temper to fly. What would she do with herself if she let down Scorch again. There was really only one way to get things straight. Politely Frankiee started to speak. She figured she would be trampled, ignored and possibly complained about again by Mr. Scarface himself and his very intelligent members, but it was worth a try. Mr. Scarface I have a few questions about your Bookmaking. What was your goal in this speech? Would you like members of this community to dive into this bookie world and start up business in Vegas or are your members starting up bookie business and you are promoting them? If you are looking for the first one, is there someone people can contact about the bookie industry before they set up shop in Vegas? What's with this disappearing after a street speech? You ask us to share our knowledge on the subject you started, but can't even stick around to listen to us? I know you aren't running home to Ms-TMscarface, your whore can wait. No offense, but that's a bit rude. |

3 words for you Premeir - Pot, Kettle, Black. You could have made yourself look less hypocritical by putting that line of thought into a good sized contribution to this discussion, stringing more words than those few together to make what we call a "sentence". I'll talk you through paragraphs once you've mastered the sentence. Good to see you getting out onto the Streets TM, and good to see businesses popping up in Vegas. |

Scorch that was like five thousand words. Frankiee rolled her eyes, she could already see the people standing around ready to correct her. Obviously he didn't speak five thousand words. Whenever Scorch opened his large mouth to speak it always seemed like he droned on forever about nothing important. Scorch if you didn't have anything to say to Premeir, which I don't even understand why you waste your breath on him if you think he's just a piece of crap, you would have contributed just as much as he did to the street speech. Are businesses really popping up in Vegas? No. Also this is TM's second public speech this week. Where the hell have you been? |

Honestly who are you to judge him and his speech? At least the kid tries which is more than I can say for some. This is the reason no one ever speaks in the street, and then everyone bitches about people not being active. TM keep it up man, Nice to see you in the street at least making an attempt. |

Silence are you saying I can't have an opinion? Yes TM is coming out to to the streets, gracing us with his presence. This is a lot more then some of the crew leaders are doing. That's it though, all he does is come out here, say some gibberish and then leaves. I am, and I know this is surprising to you all, actually honestly interested in this bookie thing. I had a few questions and they go unanswered. Silence maybe you could answer my questions. |

I don't think Silence needs to answer your questions being they wouldn't be directed toward him since he has nothing to do with the bookie ordeal. I must agree with what he is trying to get across, and that is the simple fact of Mafioso's being nervous of gracing our streets with their presence due to the fact that when they see someone such as a Crew Leader being complained about when effort is made, their not going to want to deal with the trouble as well. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with "tough love" to get a point across, but maybe some should relax a bit, and instead of criticizing them with remarks, point out the minor mishaps and shed some positive enforcement. I think you'll notice others will respond better to it, and also put more effort into fixing what mistakes they had made. Disrespecting a Crew leader at that, a bit disappointing to see. Sits back and waits for Frankie's bodyguards to come to her defense. |

What sort of questions do you want answers to? The mechanics behind book keeping? How odds are worked out? If anyone has questions, why don't they ask them instead of looking to make a name for themselves disrespecting a crew leader and a Consigliere from another family? |

I can see great things coming from you in the future. I encourage you to speak in the streets and I promise you I will never insult you. You can hold me to that. For anyone that can't listen correctly I was not calling Ms. TM a whore. She's a very sweet girl. If anyone does call her a whore I'll slap them. I was referring to the other girl TM has been running around with. |

well it seems as though I have struck a nerve with some people on my last post, for that I am sorry. I put my two sense in where it wasnt needed, and touched a subject that was none of my business. To those who know what it is I am sorry and you have my word it will NEVER be brought up again. As far as this whole situation goes I will strongly advise people choose their words wisely if the dont like being called names themselves.
