I have a couple of ideas for sponsers and their associates.
First off
Alright so you know we have crewleaders handing out sponser status to anyone above Mademan that they find fit to handle there own subcrew. What about instead of having 7 Mademan+ having sponsership status the top five ranking crewmembers, minus RHM/LHM, being automatically given the rank of sponser.
Crewleaders still have have the ability to choose who they want as sponser as they will be the ones dishing out promotions.
I think it would make a lot more sense for the family if the top ranks where to be earning the associate taxes. It would give families an easier way to control associate income.
Secondly
Each sponser having their own personalised thread for their associates.
Like the way each sponser has their own subcrew crest, if the associate was to mouseover and click that crest then they would be taken to the thread of their sponser. Also the crewleader, RHM and LHM would be able to view all sponser subcrew threads.
This like most suggestions, I suppose, just came to me in a dream lol though I think this is one that maybe certain aspects of the idea will be liked and others maybe not so much. I think it would maybe make the rank of sponser a little bit more respectable and the newcomers might get a lot more out of it being taught by someone who has earner their postion as top ranking member of said crew.
Though I really like the idea and I hope I'm not alone and other people can see the good that could come out of it. |
