Woozi steps out onto the streets and starts to talk to anybody who passes by "People, People! There has been a magnificent discovery today in the city of New Orleans. Apearently the Godmother, Scotland, has hidden away a bunch of cash for you to find!" By this time there is a rather large crowd of Mafioso's gathered around Woozi "I found a note earlier today telling me where the money is hidden. Although the code is all scrambled up, and unreadable. We need your help! I believe the reward is $250,000 to the first person to unscramble it correctly!" Woozi clears his throat, as he can tell that people are interested. "That's right people, a QUARTER MILLION is going to be given to the first person who can solve this. The scrambled code has been posted in a New Orleans bar. I suggest you get there quick in order to earn the reward" |

I am now stepping forward to ask for national help. Please, help me solve this puzzle, and I will make sure you get $250,000. Today I come to you to ask for help. Just recently I was given a home in a beautiful mansion in N.O. I got the grand tour of the house, and was amazed at the size and quality of all the bedrooms........ until I was shown mine. I have a small dingy bunk in the basement. I guess it's not so bad. But anyways, on to the point. I was cleaning up a bit when I stumbled upon this message. I myself could not decyper it, so I took it to few encryption experts, and even they could only get a few words unscrambled. There was a preface to this message, hinting at vast amounts of money hidden throughout New Orleans, put there by the godmother herself, Scotland. I am offering a Reward of $250,000 to the first person who can crack this code. It was written in four different sections, and you must solve all of them to get the reward. Below is a copy of the original text, telling you where to find the money....
