I'd like you all to know that the new Philly bar district is open and running! And dang nabbit, it's snazzy--or at least it will be shortly.
If you want to have a Philly Bar or Business, talk to Rubki for the ins and outs. FALURE to get permission before you open a bar or business will result in a stiff fine or worse--you'll be forced to listen to me sing Karaoke for at least four hours until you wither away and die.
