if the unfortunate occurs n your left to start over from fresh, it takes for ever waiting around for timers and to be honest the timers should be brought down to 1 min or 30 secs, as far as the rewards for crimes well the should also be ratioed down to fit this change

also if youve just joined waiting 3:20 mins is a long time and players will get bored quickly

Since inception, the petty timer has been right at 3 minutes and twenty seconds. That's not going to change. There are plenty of things to do while waiting for your next petty. You could browse the streets, stalk your friends, browse for porn, whatever. If you still don't like it... well... I'm sure somebody out there will be happy to put another notch on their gun.
