*The cool evening air brushes against my face when I closed my eyes in frustration; rubbing them, as if by some miracle that'd make this chump's IQ higher. My arms were casually at my side, with a gun in one hand and a cigarette in the other. It can be lonely here, in this graveyard, with not a sound but the peculiar rushing breeze that makes you feel this place is one of many haunted indian burial grounds. I keep focused, only pausing from time to time to talk to my associates standing around me. This 'chump' better work faster or we'll be here all night.* It would be in your best interest to move a little faster! I might get bored and feel inclined to use your knee-caps as target practice. *I bellowed down to the guy I'm making dig his own grave. This is what happens when you conspire against me and my associates at the local speak-easy. It was supposed to be just a simple poker game. It's not my fault he gambled away his children's inheritance. It's not my fault I was just there to collect! Fuck him. Now we need to send a message that tough-guys like this won't be tolerated.* Please...I know you're just gonna kill me anyway! Why should I make it any easier for ya? You know it'll only get worse for ya! The way I see it...*I retort taking a drag from my cigarette, sqinting my eyes at him*...you're the one that's fairing pretty badly, comrade. What can possibly happen to me? *I chuckled, as one of my associates standing near kicked dirt into this guy's face in a mocking and striking fashion.* *The guy in the ditch stopped, paused by leaning on his shovel, and looked up at me.* Cuz...cuz I'm a cop! You know what will happen if ya shoot a cop? This whole city will turn into a lynch mob by morning...coming after you and your pretty little head. You forgot one thing though...*I began, getting a little impatient with him* Yeah? What's that? They gotta find your body first. A cop at a speak-easy? Sounds like a corrupted cop to me! *I give a slight smirk.* You know what you are? Just a common criminal! A loser with no future who'll either wind up dead or someone's bitch in prison, since they'll throw away the key on ya. *I thought a moment and replied...* Less talkin' more diggin'. Turning, out of ear-range of the 'grave-digger,' I turn to my associates about what we should do to this cop. If we kill him, we might alert unnecessary attention to ourselves. If we let him go, the whole police force will be on us. Who ever heard about bumping into an off-duty cop at a speak-easy anyhow? |

Waste him. He knows too much. And who's gonna go looking for a dirty cop? If they do, i doubt they'll look in the grave yard. I'll do it boss if you want me to. |
