User Based Rules:

• A user is not allowed to contact a PC member to request support for their suggestion;
• A user can contact a PC member to discuss suggestions that are already being worked by the PC, however they must keep in mind that any information that may add or contribute to the idea will be pasted into public view on the forums;
• All PC members must be treated with respect.
• Violations of these rules may result in punishments by the Admins.


PC Internal Rules:

• All subjects/problems related to PC that are discussed in private are not to be discussed with the general public;
• All PC members must act professionally and leave personal disputes in the player level field;
• If any problems rise between members of the PC, members must direct themselves to the leader of the PC. If a member has a problem with the leader of PC, they must direct themselves to the admin responsible;
• A PC member can discuss an PC related subject with a user in private, as long as the subject is already being discussed in public. If any new suggestions are made in mid of conversation, then this conversation must be posted into the forums;
• PC members must immediately report to PC Leader any user that is trying to bribe or acquire support in private for their suggestions;
• Any violations of the rules by PC members, will result in removal of the PC;
• Once an idea is approved by the PC, the first sponsor of the suggestion must prepare an article to be added to the Wiki and also the announcement post for the admins.


Other rules regarding members leaving and joining the PC by votes will be posted at a later date.

Voting:

• Leader, RHM and LHM are to be voted on every 6 months;
•  Regular members of the PC are to be voted on every 60 days;
•  Votes will start 7 days before the 60 day mark;
•  Any member of the PC can be voted out at any moment, if the same is causing problems or behaving in inappropriate ways;
•  Leader, RHM, LHM, can be voted out for inactivity after 3 weeks of no show;
•  Members of the PC can be voted out for inactivity after 2 weeks of no show;
•  Members of the PC cannot advertise themselves in any way, shape or form.
•  Users that would like to participate in the PC will be allowed to apply for it once the time comes. This will be explained in details at a later date.
