There are two things I would enjoy seeing added to the achievements portion of the game.
1. Achievement comparisons. Offer an easy way to compare your achievements to another person that has their achievements public. Maybe just a small bit of text added below each displayed achievement on another person's list saying whether or not you have accomplished that particular one or not? Something possibly similar to xbox live or playstation trophies I guess is the best description
2. Showing Achievements after death. Maybe we could add an option that displays all achievements after you die. You could click off an option that makes it so all (Or maybe just the ones you want) achievements show up after you die. (Thanks Meph) |

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by #1, and would love a bit more explanation. You mean like, when you look at someone else's public achievements, it would also show/compare your own to theirs? As I recall, achievements is one of the more processor-heavy displays for the server at present because of the way it is calculated. This could make for a painful server-load. If I'm wrong on that, then I've got no problem with it (AKA I'm indifferent to it). |

For option Number one I would be happy if you could load your own achievements up right next to another persons. Maybe if you went into your own achievements you could search a name and compare your achievements that way? I'm not exactly sure how everything works but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be anything server stress wise than opening both your ahievements and a friend's achievements in seperate tabs/windows. Thank you for sponsoring :) |

I do like the idea behind part one. I think that there are two ways to do that, and perhaps we could see both used. Way 1 would be as ricardo suggested with searching someone's name in your achievements to compare. The other would be a sitewide average. I know that some numbers are already tallied and averaged (hours played, Shots taken I believe amoung others) So why not have an option to show your achievements against the site average?
I'm not sold on part two though. Unless it was perhaps built into the proposed "ghost mode"?
Thoughts? |

I'd also love to see an option to make your achievements viewable after death. Nothing more I can really add to this other than sponsoring it. Thanks for bringing the suggesstion up. |

This couldnt be to hard to code. Part 1 of you suggestion could just simply have a check mark saying you already completed that achievement. Not a bad suggestion at all and I do like the idea. |

Im in agreement with part 2 for sure. I don't show achievements because it can give out to much information but i would love to be able to show everyone what I did after my character was dead and gone. |

This seems like a solid inclusion to me. I would like PC-Sayyid's comments addressed by someone who knows the server load conundrum (i.e. not me) though, as this is a concern given the changes being made in other areas to combat this. I wouldn't want this to undo any other measures being taken. |
